Everything about the inn was superb! From check in to check out and just the kindness and care of the staff at the Inn was just absolutely outstanding. Upon arrival we were greeted with Margaritas and was amazed to find robes and slippers in our room - so many if not all hotels have dropped these extra amenities that should have never left the hotel scene! Room service was top notch the rooms were clean and spacious and super comfortable. The restaurant & bar a 10/10 and the attention to kids was amazing!

The customer service was phenomenal! Irene was so helpful with my room situation as I had booked two different types and she worked to keep us in the same room the entire trip which made it so much easier. Restaurant was amazing and so great you can order it to the room. We took the shuttle too and from town which was nice because you just call when you are ready and they come get you. We were greeted with margaritas. Room was clean and beautiful. We had an awesome harbor view. Couldn't have been better! We also got the romance package and it was done very nicely on arrival.

We were disappointed with the shower head in room 517. For how much you pay for a stay you would think a normal built in wall shower head would be a given. Our bathroom floor was always wet from shower water and it made for a safety problem. We were also taken back by the amount of time it takes to ride the elevator. We were always waiting and therefor took the stair which was very inconvenient We also thought it was a little obnoxious when we got back from the beach late at night l, tons of kiddos were riding the free bikes and at time almost running into us and our small children

The spa, and location

Hot tub was kind of dirtiest, floaties, which we saw the last time I was there 2 years ago!!! 🤮 Definitely could use a very good cleaning!!! One of the guys who worked there kept walking around and watching me and my female friend. Two women in a hot tub and the guy kept coming out and watching us. Creepy. I mentioned it to a staff member. The person knew who I was talking g about and chuckled. Weird

Everyone was friendly and everything seemed clean. Also, there was one incident. There was someone outside on their balcony next to us that was talking so loud at around 3am, it woke us all up. Eventually we called concierge and someone came up right away. The person was very nice and took care of the problem.

The balcony in our room had candy all over ground when we checked in. We never said anything about it, but I feel for the price of the hotel per night that should not be missed. Also, we tried to use the iron, but It was not getting hot.

Location was perfectly located to everything we wanted . Downtown area and beaches . The staff was wonderful each person we talked to was extremely helpful

The only thing that my daughters and I were bothered by were the amount of spiderwebs in each light fixture around the resort. We walked around each evening after the pool closed and there were so many in every light. Also in the indoor pool area there were a ton by the glass doors . I’m sure they are all the other bugs because their wasn’t any, but we all just hate spiders, so that bothered us. Otherwise, it was a wonderful relaxing trip and we would definitely come back. I’ve shared with friends and family about how great it was and they are interested in visiting it as well .

My stay at the hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, the room was immaculate with stunning views, and the amenities provided added an extra touch of luxury to my experience. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a memorable and comfortable stay.

I loved everything about it. I loved the art. Loved the fact that the spa was within the hotel. Everyone was great. The restaurant was amazing our waiter was so helpful in helping us make our food selection.

The only issue I had was when our room was cleaned and stocked back with towels they didn’t leave us any new wash cloths but that’s my only complaint.

Very clean, staff was great

Only issues was a wedding one of the nights we were there. We were on the 4th floor and it felt/sounded like the dj was right under our room. The music did stop at 11:00 for the evening. Sounded like a great time just would have preferred to have been notified , may have asked to be moved when we arrived at check in. We did have a good stay overall.

The staff was super nice, there was a restaurant and cafe located in the hotel so we did not need to leave to get something to eat. The rooms were big, the beds were also comfy, and they already provided an extra pillow and blanket in the room ready to go We recommended this hotel to friends and family during our stay
