I'm a late sleeper so I did not take advantage of the breakfast. The hotel was very Clean and the pool was very nice! The front desk was always accommodating and friendly. It was also VERY QUIET at night ie: you didn't hear road traffic, the pool closed at 10 PM, and other guests were quiet(no kids or loud people in the corridors). I would stay here again when visiting family.

Maybe some trial size shampoo, body wash, etc. There was a bar of soap for the sink, a trial size of body lotion but that was it. Also the toilet bowl water is extremely low -I don't get that?

Good sized room big comfortable bed and no noise from the motorway. guy at reception/checkin was friendly in a laid back way which I like. Quiet safe area with plenty food options and a supermarket all in easy walking distance.

Pool was ice cold even once in it didn’t get any better. Can’t call a treadmill and exercise bike in a cupboard a fitness room, it’s complimentary and I appreciate that but the breakfast is possibly one of the worst I’ve had. As I said I’m grateful for the free breakfast but the sausages were literally floating in a big pan of oil not very appealing.

Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was good. Desk staff were incredibly nice and friendly.

Location felt a little sketchy, kind of industrial with a lot of freeway noise. We were on the first floor right next to the parking lot so a lot of noise there too. But none of this is a big issue in the grand scheme of things.

Stayed for our granddaughter's wedding. The spot was perfect. 10 minutes from venue. It was clean. The breakfast was fine. I didn't have one but the waffles were very puffy and nice. Only had bananas for fruit. Would have like a few other choices like an apple or orange.

Our sink drained a little slow.

Facility was clean, pool was open & clean, room was easy access from parking lot. Room keys worked entire stay.

Requested a copy of the bill when checking out--she said I'd get an email but it only had the total in the email, no breakdown of per night charge or taxes/fees.

Very clean and staff was fantastic

Booking through app was a disaster with having to check out by 11 and back in by 3 two night stay. Two different rooms. Staff tried to help but booking through app no changes could be made. I will call directly next time.

Location. Close to fast food restaurants and gas stations. Very close to highway interchange. Hotel was clean. Friendly staff. Pleasantly surprised.

Floor drain for shower very slow. Handicap accessible shower. Drain was clogged with hair. Had to remove hair for drain to take water slowly.

Staff is helpful and very friendly. The facility was very clean. The pool looked awesome but we didn’t have time to swim. The bed was comfortable but they need better quality pillows. I would stay again but bring my own pillow.

Room was as advertised. No surprises. The complimentary shampoo and conditioner were dove brand was nice to see something good.

We stayed in the second floor above the pool, it was a bit noisy until the pool closed.

Very clean, large elevators and friendly staff! A small but mighty feature; the room door stays open which made it so much easier to navigate the luggage cart in and out of the room.
