A clean, central hotel with a good shower and a spacious room.

As no breakfast is provided they supply coffee in the lobby and also allow you to take kettles, tea and coffee to the rooms. Would it not be better to supply the kettle to every room as a matter of course?

They have parking for EUR 12.50 per day which you can arrange ahead of time to make things easier. The staff are very friendly. There's a fantastic bakery (actually makes their own stuff) just down the street. The location is excellent. Overall, good value. When we visited, it was very hot but a large fan had already be made available in the room so sleeping was possible.

The extractor fan in the bathroom was broken which meant there was a bit of a funny smell in there. The shower doors didn't close properly either and the mirror edges had deteriorated. If the bathroom were rejuninated, it would have been a perfect stay.

This hotel is in a lovely, quiet part of town with very little traffic and a stones throw from the historic centre. Our room looked onto the street, with a large opening door for lots of light and ventilation. There was plenty of space and storage in the bedroom and the bathroom was very clean and well equipped. There were drinking glasses in the room and access to a kettle and makings for tea and coffee plus crockery, cutlery and a fridge and microwave. Although breakfast isn’t served, it’s easy to do it yourself or go to one of the many local cafes or bakeries. Secured off street parking was also available at a price. A good stay and would stay again.

Bit of noise from the restaurant downstairs and we're not really fans of foam mattresses. Having said that we both slept well.

-The location was very good. Close to everything. Quiet at the same time. -Room was spacious enough. -They gave a free bottle of water in the room, in the morning free water, coffee and tea and also cookies and free fruites. -payed parking spot (although I guess it’s a bit pricey)

-no air conditioning -the pillows are not too comfortable, the bed it’s ok but also not too comfortable. -don’t offer breakfast. But there are plenty of possibilities around and maybe it’s even better to always try a different place, so it doesn’t get boring. And they offer those little treats.

Good location, 5 minute walk to the main square. We arrived early (11:30) but we could enter the room immediately which was really nice. They offer free coffee and tea with some cake in the morning. There are kettles and cups you can take to your room to make coffee or tea. Staff is very friendly and welcoming. The room was large, beds were comfortable, everything was clean.

There was some noise outside, also during the night, but with earplugs this was no problem.

Very good location, direct connection with train station and landmarks, also close to Aldi and a very good Chinese restaurant, Chopsticks. There is free tea and coffee in the morning, you can borrow a kettle, staff is very nice and welcoming. Room was spacious and very clean. Heating was just perfect for a cold spring night. All satisfied with my experience. I also got a Milka bunny as present for Easter day, great surprise! Thank you for everything.

There was poor internet connection one night, there is not much soundproof from the neighbours and there was a bothersome noise from air system in the bathroom.

Clean and no-frills hotel. Limited service, but it got the job done. Location in Trier is excellent, and while the hotel does not have a restaurant, there is a lot of choice in Trier, also lots of vegan options. Comfortable bed. Free coffee and tea in the morning. Efficient check-in, but otherwise limited to no service at the hotel outside of normal business hours, but it was easy to get in and out by yourself. Excellent parking options, but reserve in advance.

Nothing to complain about.

Great location, close to the town centre. Staff speaks English and is very professional. There are books, water kettles and coffee cups you can borrow on the ground floor, with instant coffee packs provided. Nice option for budget travellers.

Has heating but no air-conditioning. Not ideal during summer heat waves; Shower base is slippery, watch out; The reception is only staffed for a few hours during the day, so make sure you don't forget your key when you head out!

No breakfast at this location. I did appreciate the coffee in the morning.

Thé bed was comfortable but the pillows were absolutely not comfortable. I prefer a solid pillow and this was with pieces of shredded foam. I would also recommend a bigger, more powerful fan. It was very hot while I was there and it would help to cool the room down.

Online they accepted an early check in which wasnt possible when we arrived but the lady at the front desk let us check in an hour before! So don’t take it for granted because we were lucky but it shows the staff is friendly.

There were construction near our window which made us uncomfortable because our curtains were kind of see through
