This property is beautiful, paying attention to detail in every aspect. The kitchen was spotless and had all the necessary appliances. The living area was generous and comfortable. The bedroom was spacious and beds were really comfy. The bathroom was beautiful with period features but practical with the inclusion of a spa bath and laundry facilities. The view from the unit was incredible and close to water and the town. The manager was welcoming and very helpful. We only stayed overnight but time permitting we would have stayed longer.

Wouldn’t change anything!

On arrival at the Heritage House Motel and Units the manager (Andrew) spent considerable time providing us with recommendations and advice on activities and where to eat. He even dropped off binoculars to us at the room so we could try to spot whales from the balcony. The views from 2nd level units at the rear of the property are amazing. Each unit has a private section of balcony (gate separated at top of stairs) and four seater table/benches to relax at and take in the views. You can see how well the owners and their team care for this place, and as an ex-housekeeper I couldn’t fault a thing.

The location is excellent, right near the shopping street, making it very convenient. It’s just a few minutes' drive to the beach and attractions. The room is cozy and well-equipped, and I was pleasantly surprised that the kitchenware was all new. There were no strange odors or mustiness in the room, which is rare for a seaside hotel. The staff were friendly and enthusiastically provided us with recommendations for activities. If I come to Eden again, I would choose this hotel.

The kitchen does not have an oven。

The reception Andrew was quite friendly and showed the most welcome to us which made our long driving experience become bit positive，he introduced almost all we need for next plans，and even my jogging rounte recommendation😂，really appreciate the kindness，and all the room conditions were out of my expectations，one of my best perfect stay experience of my vocation histories！

A little bit less quality of the Shampoo and Shower Gel. And some drinking water prepared with be more better.

The first thing that made our stay excellent was our experience with the lady in reception. The next was the cleanliness of the unit, I looked hard especially in the bathroom, I could find nothing to fault. Everything we needed was found in the bench units. This was the best motel we have ever stayed in.

What didn't we like? I only allowed a one night stay. My fault not theirs. If anything could be added maybe a few USB charger sockets in the power points, not an expensive update, but in this world of technology, a worthwhile addition.

This is a really good location on the main street of Eden, close to all amenities and to the walking paths around the cliffs and beaches which are beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful and our room was very nicely appointed and spacious. The easy Netflix access is a great offer you don't see often.

The beds and pillows were ok but some firmer pillows would be nice options.

Great location, spotless, quiet, and we were given an upgrade to an recently renovated apartment, which was spacious and had a great little kitchen and nice big bathroom! Very friendly manager gave lots of good local tips.

There was no aircon in the bedroom. We opened up the window but it was still stuffy on a warm night. Everything else was great.

1)Cleanliness... the room is very clean and well maintained. 2)Location is also good, next to whale museum and also can see the sea. Also it's in the heart of the centre, with access to all shops, restaurants, Coles, IGA, BWS and what not.

Very limited supply of toiletries and stuffs like tea bags, sugar sachet, cookies. This is very unlike any other motel/hotel we have stayed in various places in and outside Australia. With 2 adults and 1 kid staying for 3 days, if supplies are not replenished, it is not a good experience. We had to go and ask for it. During our stay for 3 nights, we could not get the room tied up once, though we kept the 'Please tidy my room' signage.

The room was exactly as pictured. It was tastefully decorated with useful appliances. The bathroom was spacious and well appointed . The shower had good water pressure and straight forward controls. The light fittings were plentiful with switches just where they were needed. Car parking was in front of the room.

Cynthia made checking in a breeze - she let us know enroute which apartment to head to, where to park & and had it unlocked and ready so we were able to skip stopping in at reception and go direct to our accommodation. Our apartment was spacious, clean and had a well-equipped kitchen, and laundry dryer provided in the bathroom. I didn't think that we would use either of those amenities much during our stay, but with a number of eateries closing earlier or not being open over public holidays having our own private facilities was a blessing. We cozied up on the lounges and made good use of the complementary Netflix over a few rainy evenings, and we also enjoyed the view & the sea breeze sitting out having breakfast and drinks on our private balcony area on the evenings and mornings that were fine.

Our family are all quite tall/broad - the corner shower was a bit tighter than what we are used to!
