Location for transit wise is pretty good, it’s a 12 mins walking distance away from Yokohama station (850m I just walk slow), and a few minutes walking distance away from Shin-Takashima station. Room is clean and comfy, it has everything you need, and it’s slightly bigger than the normal room you will get with the same price.

There’s not much eatery around, and the 7-11 downstairs closes pretty early, and if you go after 8pm or something, the food choices are normally very limited. But it’s okay to me cause I just get food from Yokohama station. Also the breakfast choices of this hotel are repetitive everyday with three mains, so if you are staying for longer period you might easily get bored with the breakfast.

The service: This is our first visit to Japan and being vegetarians (no meat, no fish, no eggs), they prepared a different, yet delicious breakfast for us for all 7 days of our stay The location: We could explore both central Tokyo as well as Yokohama with much ease - the various lines were very near Intend visiting Yokohama for the Green Expo in ‘27 and Yokohama REI would be the stay choice

Super comfortable stay, did 7 days here (under 2 bookings - they were nice and let me stay in the same room) and could have stayed longer if it had laundry. You're probably wondering about how far away it is from main attractions - check walking distances on Google Maps to see if it's doable for you, I walked to Chinatown but caught the train back, lots to see on the way. There are really good malls, bookshops, and cafes all within walking distance (7-9mins) e.g. Tsutaya, Mark is Mirai etc. I didn't find the fully step free way to Yokohama station, but just a 1 level climb up some stairs from the street, then everything was escalator. I'm sure there is a way (I didn't want to go through Nissan with the suitcase, but you could probably go 'down' a few less stairs then up their internal escalator (it's a showroom, so people walk through anyway).

It was a very comfortable stay and excellent value. We opted for the breakfast option, which is was well worth it. A wonderful ‘western style’ and ‘Japanese style’ buffet to choose from. Nice and clean rooms and quite large for Japanese standards. So glad we chose this hotel, even though we were commuting to Tokyo on a daily basis.

The best way to get there was to travel by train for 1 stop. But that wasn’t an issue once you knew what you were doing. No washing machine. So you may want to find a coin laundry if you want to keep the costs down by doing your washing. But for the price it was really a very comfortable stay.

Initially we had a discussin at the front desk during check in about the parking facilities. In the information it was mentioned that parking was on site and included, this is not the situation. The message about parking we received after check in so the actual situation was a surprise. It is partially in site and costs 1600 yen per day. Eventually the situation was handled well at the front desk and with some delay we could check in. Room was good size form Japanese standards, clean and well equipped. Breakfast really good, maybe some more Continental options. Location ok in Minato Mirai. Price was really (ridiculous) high, even for a Saturday. Maybe because there was a concert nearby.

Great location! It is close enough to the a central station and very close to the main station, as well as to certain sights. The staff is super and helpful. They make an effort to make your stay as nice as possible as well as helping after check out. They even took the time to help out after we already left because there were complications with the luggage delivery to the new hotel. Super friendly and their bistro breakfast is delicious. The rooms are spacious and have the most important necessities included. A convenience store with ATM is also next to the hotel.

The toilet paper is thin.

Good location. It’s relatively easy to get to the hotel and just one stop off of Yokohama station. Facilities were very nice and clean. Workers went out of their way to call and ask for some information concerning a place we’re wanted to visit but was likely to be closed. They explained they assumed it would be closed but they wanted to contact the place just to confirm. I appreciated that. Family liked the in-room coffee machines.

No issues. We reserved the rooms in the middle of Obon so it was going to be more expensive than usual.

Rooms were nice and clean. Relatively standard for a hotel property but some small details throughout the room and property with modern furnishings and lighting elevated it a bit. For the price though I think this property is outstanding and the service level, particularly at the front desk was very good. Location was chosen as a good base to explore Motomachi and Chukagai (Chinatown) and Shin-Takashima Metro Station in situated conveniently one stop from Yokohama and short stops to other areas such as Minatomirai and Motomachi Stations. You can also get a bus at Yokohama Station bus terminal No. 8 or 48 to Sankeien Garden which stops just short of the entrance. Nearby Rinku Park is also a relatively short walk away to explore on a nice day.

Pretty funny but I think they should be a bit more clearer on the grab and go snack options at the lobby. It's a free service but the snacks/drinks are definitely not free – I guess it was too good to be true when they advertise that it is free to enjoy ... only after you pay though! Otherwise a fabulous stay and would not hesitate to come back here.

Brilliant all around. Great location near Yokohama station and / or Sakuragicho stn. Lovely walk day and night from station to hotel and is mostly flat. Modern safe clean area. Hotel is top notch. From check in with the friendly staff to warmth inside (winter) to entering the room we were pleased. Room is a good size, plenty of space for suitcases and then moving around. A/C is excellent - cools and heats well, quickly and quietly. Room is very quiet day and night - noise insulation is great. Bathroom is excellent - heated washlet seat. Shower is amazing - pressure and heat are wonderful. Breakfast - excellent buffet - good variety of food and drink. Western and Japanese. All excellent quality. Restaurant staff very very friendly and attentive. Overall a fantastic stay - definitely recommend and will definitely be back !

The staff is exceptional and so happy to help they are what made my stay so special and wonderful! All of them were so courteous and kind and caring and did everything they could to help me out with everything from taxi arrangements to spa appointments to directions, truly exceptional service!!!

The rooms could use a little more TLC and upgrade a little. They are tiny and painted black and there’s no closet it’s tiny.
