Amazing hotel, great staff, they went above and beyond. Food was excellent. I liked the modern look of the room. The floors were not carpeted, which is a big plus since hotels tend to have pest problems. Beds were also up on metal platforms - great idea. Just a suggestion. Don't forget to tip the cook as well as the waitress when you order from the (outstanding) restaurant. The cooks tend to be forgotten, but they are the unsung heros.

I sometimes forget to pack my Bible when I travel, but if I do, I can always count on the good old Gideon Bible being in any hotel room I go to. This time, however, there was only a Book of Morman in the room. Couldn't you have both? I notice there were Sabbath elevators (kudos!), could you not have also placed a Christian Bible? Another small quibble - be sure your reservation includes the complimentary breakfast and free Wifi - I was under the impression those features came with every reservation - they do not. Also be sure to ask if your room has a tub or shower. I love to soak in a hot bath, but my room only had a shower. Lastly, the coffee in the room was great, but there were no stir sticks in the coffee tray -a very minor nit-pick.

We were very comfortable, housekeeping staff were very accommodating, it was great to have restaurant meals available throughout the day, and the location was convenient to the event for which we were in Owings Mills. We enjoyed our light bar dinner before our event and the breakfast was very good the next morning. One of us had also had a lunch upon arrival on Thursday and was quite pleased with it. Overall, our stay was exactly what we hoped for and needed.

Because three of us were staying, and had so advised the hotel in advanced, we were a little dismayed at the paucity of towels and other supplies in the room, but we requested what additional towels and supplies we needed and they were provided to us on request.

This property is gorgeous. The staff are professional and kind. They got to know my name and my preferences. I got to know many of their names as well. I ate a well prepared breakfast everyday and many meals were ordered at the bar in the evenings.

My room was located on the 8th floor. I liked this because I enjoy being up higher in a hotel. I liked looking out and viewing the sun rise and watching people pass by on the streets below my room

The hotel is only about 18 months old, so is actually like the pictures on the website! A rarity. I didn't want too much to eat at breakfast, so went for a toasted bagel and cream cheese which was quite large and filling. Shocked at the price as it was so low! $2... I didn't know a price like that existed any longer. 18% tip is automatically added to bills (bar, restaurant) so it saves a lot of complications for us foreigners, though there is still the option to give more. The general area is a new development, so pretty clean and vibrant... well, at least until about 10pm when practically everything is shut (so arrive before then if you want to eat).

I was charged for the WiFi when I was told a few times that I would not be charged. This must be the first hotel where bottles of water are not supplied on request, but have to be bought. There is a room on the floor with ICE/WATER on the door; there isn't water there but there is a microwave. I note further that the hotel is not supplying bottles due to an environmental policy. There should, then, at least be some access to drinking water.

The hotel was conveniently located in a walkable area for food and activities. The staff was wonderfully pleasant and helpful with snacks when our room service order has gone poorly..The room was inviting and modern and very relaxing for the weekend. The gym was great, especially for a hotel gym!

The food was not good. We had to reorder it and the order was still wrong and not what I had come to expect from The Tillery.

I did not have breakfast here because even though my booking info said, “Breakfast included,” I was informed at check-in that it was not included. Therefore, we went somewhere else for breakfast.

I didn’t like that the individuals who were checking in and out was NOT attentive to the guest. I stood on-line awhile to check-in before I was even acknowledged, no eye contact. Then when I was checking-out, I stood online waiting to be called. Then another guest came after me, cut in front of me and was immediately acknowledged by the front desk personnel, this made me see this establishment a little different . I think it was her job to inform him that he has to get online but maybe she was clueless because she was not attentive to what was happening around her or …..

Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable beds, blackout curtains in the room were a plus and kept it super dark so you can sleep in on your vacation! Gym had a nice selection of equipment and they provided headphones, warm or cool Towels, drinks etc really thought about the guest first when designing this hotel, all the staff we encountered through our stay was friendly as well. Will be our hotel every year when to come up to visit family!

Location location location, all the shops and restaurants in walking distance. My room was on a quiet floor, very cozy. Overall, a great self-care night for me to relax, rest, and reset!!

I had to ask house keeping for a bathrobe, which she got right away. I had no major issues.

Breakfast Was Delicious And Plentiful. Check In Person Was Very Friendly And Helpful. Room Was Modern And A Nice View. I Like The Fact That The Hotel Didn't Allow Pets. This Was The Main Reason I Selected This Hotel Considering People That Might Be Allergic And Keeping The Hotel Very Clean. I Truly Appreciated That. THANK YOU.
