The staff was great. They provide free coffee and tea in the lobby all day and night. The location is perfect. Alot of business travelers frequent this hotel. It is nice and quiet

Normally I don't have anything to complain about this hotel. However this time was not so. Our toilet was malfunctioning. The stopper inside the commode wouldn't stay down to trap the water. So it continuously ran. Sometimes it wouldn't flush. My husband kept having to fix it. By the time I realized it was defective it was too late to ask to switch rooms because we were ready for ved

Tanya was so wonderful in the breakfast areas! All the employees were friendly and professional! The bed was so comfy. The breakfast was the best I've ever seen. Freshly scrambled eggs, freshly cut fruit, thick bacon, fresh oatmeal, bananas, non-fat greek yogurt in addtion to berry greek yogurt, potatoes, coffee and tea 24/7, cereal, fresh juices served by Tanya. Decor needs to be updated-but I would rather have great food and bed and a great room price then to pay more and compromise everything else. And free shuttle to the airport! Roomy bathroom also!

Just a little concerned with cleanliness possibly. I understand not being perfect but I found hair on both my pillows and bathroom floor which didn’t belong to me or my boyfriend so obviously it wasn’t cleaned well prior to us taking the room. As we were tired from trip and late when going to bed it was too late to ask for new pillows etc. not a huge deal but wish we had noticed before sleeping on them

The restaurant in the hotel is excellent! I had the meatloaf, mashed potatoes, and mixed vegetables. It was great! The bartender/ waiter was very cool. Very attentive, friendly, and helpful. I don't recall his name, but he was with the evening closing staff. Kudos to him. And the chef was amazing. 👏🏾

When you eat in at the restaurant the ventilation for the kitchen needs to be improved. The sent of kitchen cooking/ slightly cooking grease sticks to your close. So if you don't want to smell like you were working in a fried food restaurant, order you food to go.

We had MAJOR PROBLEMS once we arrived to the hotel. They did not have my name. We ask them if they could call you to verify through your organization but they didn't know your organization. They did not have a Johnny O. Addison in their system. It took approximately 2 hours to resolve the problem. They found my last two names "O ADDISON" IN THEIR SYSTEM.THAT TOOK ABOUT 2 HOURS TO RESOLVE THIS.

Make sure that the Holiday Inn know your company exist just in case.

Pleasant greeting from staff. Quick efficient processing to get to our room. Availability of food from in house restaurant. Shrimp tacos and cold slaw hit the spot!

The smell of floor rug cleaner walking to our room was heavy and disconcerting. 3rd floor cabinet just off the elevator was scratched. Attention to detail to simply cover scuffs and scratches with furniture marker and a minute to polish it would make us feel better, that someone cared.

We ate dinner in the dining room. I had salmon, rice pilaf and asparagus. I asked that the asparagus be done crisp tender, and it was perfect. My whole meal was delicious. My husband had a cobb salad with chicken, and it was delicious. Service was really good. We would definitely eat there again if we stay there. Otherwise, the employees at the front desk were super friendly and helpful. The room was nice. The bed was comfy. The bathroom was clean. We liked that there are dispensers with lotions, body and hand wash and shampoo. Nice perk. The morning shuttle to the airport was right on time with a very friendly driver.

The only thing that was irritating was the pick-up with the shuttle when we got back into BWI. We called to have it pick us up since we had paid to park our car in the Holiday Inn's lot, and it took 50 minutes for it to pick us up. The hotel is only two miles from BWI. However, the driver was very nice.

Staff was very friendly Vyera and Paige at front desk was great, greeted us with smile and had great customer service and help us get to post office by calling cab for us. They we very friendly and a credit to your business. Tyrell the chef boy can he cook, the food was the best i tasted in any of your hoiday inn express in all my years of travels plus the Chris the host was an added gem to the resturant, great customer service and very polite, greeted the customers and made us feel welcome. I really enyed my stay and will be recommending to all my cruise friends.

Rooms were clean and ready, we were exhausted getting off an international flight. Cathy at the front desk took care of us and got us room keys quickly and we were on our way to crash for the night. Bed was very comfortable and the room was large.

Mix up over the breakfast that I think might have been our fault. The manager on duty straightened things out for us though and was extremely helpful.

Food at dinner was good. Location convenient to where I needed to go. Personnel was friendly.

Appears that I was charged for a drink that was not mine. I only signed one receipt to my room the second time I went, yet there were 2 charges to the room that night. Getting the hot water in the shower was more difficult than it should have been.
