Everything about the stay was just amazing. The view from the balcony was to die for. We got a room upgrade to Rocca Superior, all thanks to Mia. She welcomed us very nicely and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. A big note of thanks to Costas, he was super friendly and so helpful. The breakfast was also very good and the staff in general is really really nice. Extremely happy with their hospitality.

There's honestly nothing I can think of as disappointment at this property. The room size, cleanliness, comfort and the outdoor hot tub..everything was top notch. Just that if you are hoping to see a perfect sunset from here, you might get a little disappointed. Nevertheless, the view outside is so good that it makes up for everything.

The view is absolutely INCREDIBLE. I was amazed every time I looked at it. The hotel is a beautiful, modern style with great facilities. The bed & pillows were so comfy! The included breakfast options were fantastic & delicious. Staff were so accommodating and very lovely.

Nothing about the property itself - just that you get a lot of foot traffic through the hotel path and we had several people actually come INTO our pool area to take photos. Frustrating having to ask them to leave. Some people have no respect for private property.

Plenty of egg choices for breakfast, location was perfect - short walk to Thira, views were exceptional and plenty of places to eat within a short walk. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Especially Mia, who suggested lots of lovely Greek cuisine !

I am not one to ever leave reviews but Stella Roca deserves all the praise. A Beautiful hotel with the most insane views of Santorini. The rooms are gorgeous with individual hot tubs, the main pool and restaurant area is picture perfect. The included breakfast is great, you have the try the eggs benedict🤤But what really makes this place 10/10 is the staff. Stavroula, the manager, was absolutely fabulous, so helpful and so incredibly kind. A remote reception works great with contact over whatsapp making it so easy to request anything or ask any questions. The bar staff were also amazing! The boys and Mary made our stay fabulous. We have never come across nicer, genuinely kind people! 🥺 Worth every penny!!

All the staff were amazing and went above and beyond to help, particularly Eri from reception who gave her mobile number and helped with any questions or booking taxis. The location is perfect, just as beautiful as Oia but without the crows and walkable to Thira. Our room and balcony/ pool were amazing with the most beautiful caldera view. Breakfast was delicious and check in super easy, the welcome cocktail was really appreciated.

The room is absolutely beautiful but there is little to no storage for putting suitcases etc. At this price point I'd expect to be able to use the coffee machine/ mini bar without any additional costs. We also multiple day had people doing photoshoots stood on the roof of our room looking in to our balcony and the hotel doesn't stop them

I tell my experience with stella rocca a mare. Our flight was briefly delayed. The receptionist waited for us for 1 half hour. She helped us where our room is. In addition, we got a soft drink at the house as a little welcome. The manager here is very very sympathetic, helpful and always asks if everything is ok and if we need something. The rooms here are very very clean. Everything is clean and aesthetic. The staff are very helpful and polite. Our breakfast was always brought to our room. Even the cleaning ladies always asked us if they should clean our room. Last but not least, the keeper. He is fascinated, motivated, sympathetic, helpful, funny and does his job great. Will we come back? In any case, very very gladly even.

The location is amazing, walking distance to Thira and plenty of restaurants nearby. Room is beautiful and the hot tub was perfect. Breakfast was yummy with lots of options and the coffee was high quality. Cute swimming pool with loungers. The views are amazing. Would highly recommended.

Our room wasn’t that private where the hot tub was but we did expect this so didn’t impact our stay. Just a warning to others. A taxi cannot drop you directly outside the hotel. You have to have a short 3 minute walk from the road, it’s the same with all the hotels around there and the reason for the great view.

The cave like atmosphere was great, and it was on a high point of the island so I was able to have a good view of the surrounding towns. The included breakfast was absolutely fantastic and so delicious. All of the staff especially Stavruola are super nice and accommodating, we always felt so welcomed when we saw them. Stavruola always made sure we had everything we needed. I am also very appreciative of the luggage carry service at the end of our stay so we didn’t have to struggle on the stairs.

Our private terrace was opposite our room separated by the public walk way so often times people would try to open the gate and go inside. The shower drained slowly.

The location was spectacular. Amazing views of the caldera unmatched by any other location. Hot tub was perfect in the morning and sunset, and the breakfast was top restaurant quality! Would highly recommend this hotel if you're in Santorini. Fira and Oia are far too overrated compared to Imerovigli. The staff were accommodating, assisting with booking tours, transfers and so much more. They even assisted us with our bags to the main road which made it so easy for us.

Amazing hotel in the best spot on the island. Quiet and panoramic views at sunset. Breakfast is great and can order off a cafe type menu. Pool great to escape the heat and relax. Staff super friendly and helpful with recommendations

The umbrellas have holes in them so don’t fully protect you from the sun. Did not provide free water, despite the tap water not being drinkable. Strange given how much you pay for this hotel. Also made you pay for Nespresso pods in the room- never had to pay for those before. These should be free if they have a machine.
