Amazing intercontinental breakfast! Just as I expected and better. The Bellboy Alexander had the best customer service Ive seen in a very long time, making sure my family was well taken care of. He deserves a raise! And the Chef/dinner organiser Kristina was so helpful in many ways and kept a pleasant smile. The food was great with a diverse choice of delicacies each meal time. The hotel had 4 meal time schedules.

Would have been nice to have cable tv or local stations showing on the room Tv's. It wasn’t a problem as I was out on the beach or exploring most of the time.

- Great location of the hotel, on the beach, close to the bus station and the center of the city - The sea view from my room was spectacular, I spent hours just sitting there and watching the water - The lobby bar offered amazing cocktails and ice cream - The animation team was great - we had so much fun at the pool and at the kids area! - The hotel has a great private beach with enough space for everyone

- The facade of the hotel is really outdated - The food was very tasty, but it could be more varied - The hotel doesn't have its own swimming pool and uses the Elica hotel swimming pool, which was nice, but with very old sunbeds

We were delighted ti see the large and confortabile rooms with a large seaside panorama. The meal was pretty good. I personally enjoyed the yogurt and fruits with natural taste, also de initiative to welcome us with a fruit tray in the rooms. We had delightful 8 days at Nona hotel in Albena. We plan to return next year.

There was a lot of dust under the beds, looking as this place is cleaned only at the end of the season.

The location is wonderfull, sea view rooms, clean, everything you need. The staff very kind, we received the bracelets and the keys very soon. The food was good, but repetitive, large variety of cakes and fruits

Oh my god i paid for the allinclusive and i did not eat nothing the food was a nghitmare, the food was all the time the same bad things breakfast lunch and dinner,the drinks are mixed with water,cakes keep coming the same too with no taste never had this bad experience on a holiday 🥲🥲

The location of the hotel is very good. The nature reserve creates a very pleasant and cool atmosphere. The food was of good quality and sufficient. The staff was very kind. The Manager of the Complex, Mr. Galin Dimitrov was always present and coordinated all the activities very well so that we tourists were very satisfied. I will return to this hotel next year. I highly recommend it.

The location was great. The staff was very friendly and helpful, although most of the cleaning ladies didn't understand the language. The beach was clean.

Our room was not very well cleaned. There were cobwebs in the corners, lots of ants on the floor, dead bugs on the armchair, dried food on the bedspread. Towels are not changed unless you specifically ask. Another inconvenience is the long queues in the restaurant during meal times. The food was not always fresh and varied enough. Although it is claimed that an umbrella and a sunbed are provided for each room, in practice this is not the case. There are signs everywhere that it is forbidden to reserve them by leaving towels, but from 6 am all places are "reserved" and no one monitors compliance with the rules. Several times we had to pay in the paid area due to lack of places. When we complained, they told us to just remove the towels if there were no people and if there was an attempt at a fight, to report the offenders to the beach officials. However, they did not do their duty and one day they even sent people to fight with us, which is unacceptable.
