The location is good. It is nearby airport. People can with bus 200 from airport to this hotel. People can take bus 53 to the city center. Man can take bus 115 or 200, then take Metro 6 to different bus station, from there are buses to Toledo, Segòvia and Àvila. There is a shopping center nearby this Hotel. There is a supermarket and restaurant.

The Wall between shower room is bad and some corner of toilet is not so clean.

Useful for an overnight stay whilst we were in transit. Good price. Nice rooms. Breakfast was great - lots of choice, and in a lovely airy breakfast hall.

It was in the business district, and I hadn't quite realised that there would be so few restaurants around. We just wanted to walk out for a quick supper having arrived late and needing to set off early-ish the next morning, but there wasn't much on offer. It was a slightly longer drive from the airport than shown too. Another time in this situation I would either travel a bit further into town for a more fun experience, or just stay in an airport hotel for greater convenience. However if you are on business I suspect this would be ideal, very well placed.

Handy location for airport and also exploring city with regular busses within no more than 10min walk. Very friendly staff, lots of space in rooms and also in whole hotel. Rooms were clean, well equipped. Very quiet: no noise from street level or within hotel heard in room. Whole hotel is very sophisticated looking.

The fridge in room wasn't working & wasn't completely clean but being a short stay we didn't need it. Very dim lighting- no option for overhead light in main bedroom.

The hotel is beautiful and exceptionally clean. Its in a really nice district of Madrid , which felt safe and not overly busy. There is an outdoor swimming pool open daily from 12.00 midday, but its freezing , even in 30 degrees heat. Its a 10 min walk to a lovely small shopping centre with restaurants, cafes and shops. There are 2 restaurants about a 2 minute walk away from the hotel but the spanish cuisine didnt suit my 3 teen boys tastes. Burger King is also a ten minute walk away from the hotel. The breakfast was good with a good buffet selection, theres a lovely outdoor bar area for drinks and food overlooking the pool. We got Uber taxis to take us into the centre of Madrid, which cost around €20 euros for 5 of us each way. There are also electric scooters to hire, just outside the hotel for shorter journeys.

There was no milk or coffee in the bedrooms, only teabags and sugar. The swimming pool is very salty - and very cold !

Excellent facilities and loved that it had a pool. It wasn’t that far from the centre and had nice restaurants close by (just had to walk around and explore to find them) Amazing staff and extremely polite

Our room was essentially just for a bed to sleep in as we were out for most of the time however, the plug for the kettle didn’t work and had to unplug to tv to use that one for the kettle, some of the wall paper was stuck on with sticky tape, a 4 star hotel should notice these smaller details But everything other than those minor things for me, was perfect

Big bath. Spacious modern lobby. Optional breakfast if we had needed it. Luggage storage was great for checkout day. Soundproofing was okay. Elevators nice and big and corridors big. Good price point. Neighbourhood was walking distance or bus ride away from metro stops. Room view and windows were okay and soundproof. Ac worked well.

Doors leaked sounds from lobby due to how it was built. Knobs and stuff were missing from room and wear and tear in bath. Couldn’t get the room refrigerator to work and it was hot. Not really hotel problem but tourist pass buses are blue and google offers a lot of green buses to the area so be careful.

Superb location, very helpful reception staff, shady terrace overlooking ‘cute’ swimming pool - relaxed atmosphere. Comfortable beds, good air con and always hot water. Nearby shopping/restaurant terrace with great public transport links.

Watery coffee…(?) and bar snacks bit disappointing, so decided not to take breakfast - but great local cafes nearby and didn’t affect my stay - I would definitely stay again just for location/reception staff, and access to a pool…

Nice and modern with parking under the hotel

They claim it is close to the airport, don’t be fooled it is not close. It can take 20 Minutes if there are no traffic issues. They DO NOT have an airport shuttle and they DO NOT have parking. When I questioned them, I was told it was a “public” parking which anyone can park and use the elevators to access the rooms. Very poor security. No soap in the bathroom sink, their response was that “they had run out of it”. Thank his it was not toilet paper!

We stayed for a trip to the Real Madrid stadium and we actually walked there and back for the football game approximately 4k. It is also close to the airport which made it so easy taking a 15 minute taxi ride. The area is clean and quiet with a few cafes close by. There is a supermarket which is well stocked just around the corner. The hotel is clean and modern with stylish interior.

The bar closed at 11pm which we felt was quite early when we would have enjoyed a drink in the bar when we arrived back in the evening.

It was a delightful experience. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. The room was Big, spacious, clean and cozy, with a beautiful ang large balcony/terrace. The bed was comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The hotel’s location was perfect, just a short walk from the bus stop. Overall, We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! Would definitely coming back!
