Breakfast and the staff at The Pear were excellent! Also, the front desk clerk KARYA was the best we have ever experienced in our hotel travels. She was attentive, courteous and assisted us with an issue that made our stay very pleasant.

Valet was tricky. It was a busy night and we had to wait a long time in our car before we could have an attendant come greet us. The attendant were great just overwhelmed

Hotel was quiet and remote. Very relaxing.

Two night stay - not aware no room service after first night. Upon returning home realized my cell phone charger left in room. Contacted hotel and employee answering phone was less than interested in checking to see if charger was left in my room.

Friendliness of the staff, the decor. The courtyard area looked really nice - weather didn't permit us to take advantage of it. Felt peaceful - not stuffy. Room was clean and comfortable.

the location - felt like we were back in a corner and not many restaurants close by. Food prices at hotel were astronomical!

Neither breakfast nor coffee were offered in th lobby. There was a restaurant; however, almost all hotels provide some type of buffet to be included. No coffee in lobby. Could purchase Starbucks WHEN the cafe was open. This policy should be made available before reservations are accepted. For the price of the three rooms I rented, this wasn't acceptable.

Everything seemed very high quality. Furnishings, linens etc

No fan in the bathroom for after a hot shower. And the bed was facing the window, which put a plumbing wall right behind the headboard, so we constantly heard that happening all night. Might help to insulate plumbing walls.

The front desk lady was super sweet. She was the only one working but managed to multitask and get everyone checked in without anyone getting frustrated. The outdoor seating was definitely relaxing. It’s super close to a lot of restaurants

The location and and the hotel was very nice

I asked for a room with safetybars for my elderly mother. I actually asked when I booked the room. Received a verification that you had one available. When I got there: my room did not have safety bars for her: you told me that you had none available? And the tub would not drain when showering. We had 4 people to shower!! Then you charged my card an extra 354. Dollars and it is STILL PENDING? Why? For such a nice hotel: I have to say I was disappointed.

Everything was ok

I had a bug on my sheets. Call the get new sheets never received them. The sheets didn’t look like they were changed. I did Notice the next morning the housekeeper was cleaning one of the rooms with the door open, and a woman’s purse was on the floor by the door anyone can walk up and take the purse out of the room..
