The hotel was extremely clean, which is rare in Vietnam. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. It was also a nice surprise to have a bath in our room, particularly because it was so wet during our time in Sapa so we spent a fair bit of time in our room! The staff were wonderful - all super friendly and helpful, asking how everything was and if we needed anything multiple times throughout our stay. It was great to be able to check in at 1:30 am after a late bus journey. One of the ladies also gave us a packed lunch and waters for when we left which was really sweet. The breakfast was very good. There were buffet items but also a set menu. The staff were also very generous and would offer us more than one dish if we wanted it. Location was good - central but not noisy.

The laundry service was a bit overpriced - double the cost of most places we’ve stayed in Vietnam.

It’s in such a lovely area so close to all the tourist spots but if far enough away to feel like you’re not in it all the time. The bed is so comfortable and the bedding is so lovely. Everything you need here including a little shop next door for the essentials lots of cafes and restaurants around. Another hotels that have stunning views with restaurants just up the road. The staff were incredibly lovely and helpful and attentive. I would book again here. In fact I did already and extended my stay because of this hotel.

Beautiful hotel in a great location - we booked a family connecting suite and couldn’t believe how nice the rooms were. Very spacious with lots of windows and a balcony to enjoy the incredible views. Autumn and Ruby were fantastic and made our stay perfect! They were incredibly warm and welcoming, and helped us with an early breakfast when we had an early pick up. They also helped us to book a trek through the local villages with a great guide, Tom. He was able to accomodate our injuries/slower pace and explained lots about the local way of life. We cannot recommend this hotel enough and will definitely return!

This hotel. I would have lived here if I could have. You are greeted by a lovely manager and welcome drink. They upgraded us to a beautiful balcony room. The place is SPOTLESS! A bathroom and towels in Vietnam that is finally clean! No need to wear shoes as the floors are cleaned properly too. The bed was super comfortable. English TV which was a nice bonus. Breakfast had Achor Butter… if you know what I mean! Plus loads of options & fresh juice. I’d give this 11/10. Must stay! Perfect way for us to end our trip in Sapa after trekking. Unsure how you could give it any less than a 10! Thank you to all the staff 🩷

Nothing- all perfect!

1. The hotel is near the city centre. 2. The hotel staff are exceptionally helpful and kind. They even packed some food for us when we checked out since we have kids which was very thoughtful.. 3. They helped us with ticket bookings and gave discounts aswell for us.. we actually got the tickets fir lesser price when we checked outside.. 4. The hotel is very neat and the breakfast also had many options to choose from which kept us full during the day.. 5. For us family of 4, the room seemed a little small for our luggage and us, other than that everything was exceptionally here.. 6. We really enjoyed and are satisfied with our stay in My Boutique Hotel.

Except for the room size everything was exceptional..

The hotel staff were extremely helpful. They always made sure we were happy and if we needed help with anything. We have never met such a helpful and polite staff. The hotel room was clean and nicely furnished. The only thing that surprised us was the humidity in the room, which was noticeable. However, we mentioned it to the staff and they immediately provided us with a dehumidifier, which we switched on and the humidity in the room was significantly reduced. It is said that many hotels in Sapa struggle with this, because the air here is simply too humid. On the day of departure after check out, we were leaving late in the evening and the staff offered us to still enjoy the shower, offered to bring us towels and gave us fruit and pastries for the night trip. I applaud all the hotel staff who know that not everything is perfect but they do the best possible job with their approach to work and to guests and for that I give them 10*.

Humidity

The staff are the sweetest, most helpful and accommodating people ever. Special shout out to Ruby and Van at the front desk. I was upgraded rooms on arrival, large and spacious and look how they do online. Breakfast had a good selection and you could order from a menu as well as a buffet. French toast, omelettes etc. I was even given a packed lunch for my bus ride back to Hanoi. Room cleaned every day and amenities and water topped up. Tv with English film channels. Good location, only about a ten minute walk from the main high street. Loved my stay!!

Super clean, comfortable hotel and very kind staff. All of the hotel staff helped us very kindly and efficiently in booking tickets to Fan xi pan summit, recommendation to village visits. Thanks to their very efficiently support we managed to received a passport that one of us forgot in the hotel. Ms Hong very carefully packed the passport and found a good transport company that delivered it in Hanoi at midnight the same day, just before our departure to Ha Long early morning.

Very nice sized room and the bed was just huge and comfortable. Everything was as advertised, and they even gave me a free upgrade to a room with windows and mountain view, which was nice. The staff were super helpful and friendly, giving recommendations and tips on my planned itinerary for the trip. They also allowed me to check out late on the day I was returning to Hanoi. I'm not traveling for work but I am working remotely while on this trip so allowing me to check out after my whole work shift was done made things more convenient for me. The room was also very well laid out with a lot of mirrors and 2 vanity mirrors (1 in the washroom and one on the desk). The desk was also great and spacious for when you need a work station (which I definitely did). Wifi was fast too.

The towels sometimes didn't smell nice, but I guess that has to do with the area's erratic weather. It's also quite a uphill walk from the main street, which should be okay most days but when you need to go to the main street and it's raining, it can be quite inconvenient. Otherwise though, it's actually good to stay outside of the main street since it's less noisy and the view of the mountains are so nice on this side of the town.
