One of the managers, Karen, was absolutely amazing! She was always so helpful and friendly any time we had to go to the desk and she was on shift. Our room had two queens and a pullout and was one of the most spacious rooms I've had at a regular hotel, which was great for our three kids to play in!

There was one staff member who was not very friendly and that I heard being very rude to someone over the phone and was not helpful or welcoming upon our arrival. Our main reason for booking this hotel specifically was because of the indoor pool to keep our three kids entertained, however, it is extremely cold and is impossible to stay in for too long because the toddler starts to get way too cold and can't stop shaking. Also the washing machine was out of order during our stay, but they had an agreement with a different hotel to wash clothes at.

It was nice and clean on the outside and had lighted parking lot. The restaurants were close and you had a choice plus both in walking distance.

Stain on the inside of the comforter. I found a hair in the shower. The plug box on the desk some of them worked and the rest didn’t. Oh and I went to get ice from the machine and for some reason I was unable to get any.

The breakfast could have more variety and be hot. The same fare everyday for several days was not appetizing. Also would like to see some safety features in the tub/shower. Getting in with no bars or non slip bottom is a scary.

The cleanliness of the rooms and the staff especially Karen at the desk she is a jewel.

I liked that it was right beside two restaurants and it was right across from a gas station. The parking lot was lit.

There were stains on the inside of the comforter and on the end of the sheet. I couldn’t tell if it was blood from a scratch or a stain from something else. There was hair in the shower just a couple of strains.

Had to make some booking changes at the main desk that required redoing the reservation. Hotel clerk was very accommodating and made the necessary changes quickly

Better monitoring of the coffee supplies. Creamers in the machine ran out

The facility was nice and clean and great customer service lady at the front desk was exceptional wonderful personality and a great help

Only thing I experienced that was not so great he was the ice machines did not work on my floor

Decent selection, but slow about getting it out. Only thing available at start of breakfast was premade cold items, nothing hot was available at time of breakfast

Lack of hot breakfast available. Shouldn't have to wait for hot items!

Room was nice a lot cleaner then the last comfort suites I stayed in lumberton. This was much nicer cleaner and breakfast was good.
