This is the best place I've stayed at in Italy. The host and their family were very friendly, and the surrounding area was so peaceful. The room was big, super clean, and really comfortable. The bathroom was perfect too. Besides the room, there was also a shared living room and kitchen, which was great. Overall, it was even better than I expected. The breakfast was all homemade by the host and had a lot of variety. You can tell they really care about running this place well. I highly recommend it to everyone, and I will definitely come back next time I’m in town!

Honestly, I can't think of any — everything was perfect!

I loved I could walk to a local pizza place and just order by the slice. The cookies left for me in my room were so good also.Picolo B&B was very secure and I felt very safe. I very much appreciate the breakfast to go and that they provided Uber services. The breakfast was so good! It was fresh and delicious! I already recommend Picolo B&B to fellow travelors. They were on time taking me to the airport which was a big relief. If I ever go to Rome again I would definitely stay there again.

The only thing I would have changed is having my coffee in a to go cup as I had to leave it there .

The hosts were extremely helpful. Our plane was late and we had to leave very early in the morning, but they helped us every step of the way: they made arrangements for transportation and even prepared a breakfast for us to-go. Also, the room was super clean and stocked with some beverages and other practical items.

I love our kitchen there . Very nice and the host and hostess were very kind. We love everything about the place. If you want to stay close to Fiumicino airport, you should stay there. Only thing we didn’t get to stay there long because we had to explore other places in Rome, Venice etc. The food is lovely and the coffee(cafe Americano is excellent. Thank you and we will stay there again.

The kitchen is very cozy . The host and hostess were excellent . They pick us up at the airport and took us back to the airport .

Spotless, comfortable, peaceful. Hosts Danila and Costantino are very kind and responsive. My flight arrived at 8 am and they offered to keep my bag until the room was ready. They then got the room ready soon after so I could check in, which was greatly appreciated. I had to leave at 4 am the next day for my flight so they provided a nice bagged breakfast with a sandwich, fruit cup, and juice. Separate entrance for the guest rooms, so it feels very private. Lovely garden with a chicken coop, fruit trees, and two of the cutest dachshunds ever. I recommend their external transport service. Driver Paola who took me to and from the airport was wonderful and gave me lots of local tips. A Eurospin supermarket is 5 minutes away on foot as well as a number of restaurants. (The hosts provide a map and opening hours for the restaurants.) If you have time, I highly recommend the 15-minute walk to the beautiful nature park and archaeological area of the ports of Claudius and Trajan. There is also a weird park with giant sculptures on the side of the road that you can visit on the way. When I was there, a very nice panini food truck was parked across from the weird sculptures. :)

Constantin was an excellent host. On arrival and departure he greeted us and helped us upstairs with our luggage. He even took us to the airport for a nominal fee. We had stayed there previously and he provided an excellent breakfast. He went above and beyond. Cute little room, everything you need for a brief stay. Immaculate. Bathroom with all new fixtures. We had to leave for the airport at 4:00AM, and he prepared a nice breakfast to go. An absolute bargain for the price. I would definitely like to stay there again.

The only things- the hair dryer was not working in the bathroom, so I had to let my hair air dry. There was no top sheet on the bed. Other than those minor things, our stay was perfect.

The host was very friendly and helpful. He packed us a cute little brown bag breakfast to take with us to the airport for our 5 am departure.

It was a long walk to get to anywhere to eat and there was no nearby bus stop. We had to walk and the restaurant was closed so we ended up walking over two miles. IF you plan on taking a taxi or use the service they provide for a fee, this is not a problem. I just did not anticipate this. This was not the fault of the facility. I just did not check closely enough. This ended up costing a lot more in transportation fees than I anticipated.

It was in a great location close to the airport for flight next day, walking distance to shops and a great restaurant Indispensa bistro . It’s 10 mins drive from the beach. The room was clean and had everything you needed. Even provided spare toothbrushes. The breakfast was really lovely and the host very friendly and communicated well. We arrived early but the rooms were ready. It’s a perfect spot for a night before flying. Parking is available outside on the lane.

Fuimocino (5 min from FCO/Rome airport) When choosing this B&B I only wanted a place near the airport for our early morning departure. I wish I could have arrived a little sooner and stayed a little later. The room was a king size (2 twins together) with a nice bathroom, closet, desk and two side tables. Outside the room was a living room and small kitchen. We could have stayed here and actually cooked with the amenities available. It was safe, quiet and clean. It was literally 6 minute drive to the airport. Since we were leaving early and couldn’t enjoy the breakfast our host packed us a fabulous breakfast with fruit cup, croissant, juices, and a breakfast sandwich. He was sweet and charming, he insisted on helping us with our luggage up the flight of stairs and was there bright and early to help bring it all back down. Thank you!! We had such a lovely short stay.

Nothing, it was superb.

The Host made me a to go breakfast because I had an early flight, very kind. Beautiful yard, flowers, fruit trees, and lovely, very clean, modern room, and private bath. Shared with one other room the kitchen, dining and living room. Loved the plate of cookies! Walked 1/2 hour to the scenic port for a fish dinner. The Host arranged my shuttle to and from the airport that I really appreciated.

Between 11 pm and 1 am it sounded like Jets were taking off from my room. To be expected being so close to the airport.
