Very nice apartment in the absolute city center. For the same price of this luxury apartment you could get only much more modest and 4-times smaller room in the 3-star hotel. Our contact in Nice was very friendly and helpful

TV in the living room was not working and before the arrival the communication could have been better

Easy access to everywhere, plenty of lovely restaurants, small side streets have plenty of bars restaurants and they al lead to either port or to main nice. Local transport within walking distance and is not expensive.Even the rain didn't stop us from enjoying ourselves

The local municipal are doing road upgrade so it was quite noisy and early start. But our host did warn us in advance and apologised for disturbance

Centrally located, beautiful views onto the Plaza, air conditioning, and big rooms. Would definitely recommend.

Street performers kept us up one night with very loud music.

Sandrine was excellent to answer any questions and get us setup! She was very friendly!

The only thing would be that inside cabinets in the LVR and bathroom was left with hair band and a little dirthy

The location was perfect. Shame the view of the plaza was blocked by construction.

Location could be bad for some. Was woken up by screaming drunkards in the middle of night a few times.

Well conditioned apartment in a good location with a nice view. The apartment was nice and had everything that we needed. Good and fast communication. The tenant was very polite and kind. He arranged late arrival at the midnight and kindly let us check out at 7 pm on the last day, before our flight, because our child was sick and couldn't stand the city's heat.

Overall the stay was good. Good location.

The apartment beneath was getting remodeled and the noises were non stop. On top of it all the construction work right next to the hotel would start at6am….

Everything was clean, perfect and available! The location couldn’t get any better and its decor felt like home. I loved everything about it!

Great location, with everything nearby. Staff were very helpful. Good size, by European standards, and although the kitchen is small, I was able to make some great dinners as it was better equipped than expected. Overall it exceeded expectations!

My 3 weeks weren’t long enough!

The location is perfect! I love that it is near Old Town Nice and closer to the plage. Very convenient to explore by foot or tram. The staff is attentive and available when needed.
