We had a great winter break at Aliathon Ionian. Although the facilities were limited due to being out of season, the staff did a great job making us feel welcome and the whole place inspired positive vibes. Special thanks to Liviu, the bartender, for great tips on what to visit during our stay and to the young man at the reception (sorry for not remembering your name) who always greeted us with a smile and friendly attitude. The food was always fresh and tasty. The hotel is nicely located in the Aliathon Fishing village, which provided a nice ambience on our way to the beach. From the beach, there is a wondeful promenade to Paphos Harbour. It may take 30-40 minutes but the views are beautiful, and we saw the most amazing sunsets. The hotel is also well connected to buses going to the the main attractions in Paphos. I would stay again at Aliathon and I would recommend the place. My kids absolutely loved the hotel and the fishing village!

Although cleaning was generally good, it could be better in some corners of the room, but I assume that maintenance improves during peak season. I personally do not like the separate toilet design, although it is functional in the case of a larger family.

The rooms in the main building were very modern and comfortable. We had a family room on the first floor with a big balcony. The indoor pool was lovely. Not cold but not too warm. The outdoor pool looked amazing however it was shut in February. There was a decent selection of food. All of which tasted lovely. Breakfast hot food could have a bit more variety. But there was plenty of fresh fruits and cereal. The Italian restaurant was good. Parmesan chicken was a bit bland but all of our other meals were very nice. Most of the facilities were shut due to winter while we were there but they looked fabulous Mostly the staff. Every single one of them were extremely attentive. We were celebrating my daughter’s birthday and I requested some towel art as she loves it. They didn’t disappoint. They all wish her a happy birthday and brought out her own little cake with candles. The gentleman who drove us down to the restaurant (Lewis Hamilton cousin 😉) was lovely. He took the time to get to know us and sought us out to see how our holiday was going

The sauna is very very small and needs some renovation. You could fit 5 adults at a squeeze and that’s almost touching. It also was not turned on at 10am when the spa opened. So you had to wait for it to warm up (20-25 min)

**Alathion Ionion Resort: Perfect for Families** At Alathion Ionion Resort, families are super welcome! Yannis, the manager, and Irene along with the staff make sure everyone feels happy and comfy. Yannis takes care of the place, making sure families have a great time. The resort has a cool pool and a splash park to play in. There's lots of fun stuff just for families, like games and activities. The place is always clean and neat, and the rooms are cozy. The holiday village team puts on awesome shows and games all day and at night. It's a 5-star place! You should totally go! Highly recommended for a family vacation!

The size of the room and the value-for-money experience

It was the first day of the season so I show some understanding (hence the gigh rating) for the noises due to repairs and some not dirty areas. However, it is unacceptable to have an event downstairs with the dj playing music till late and the noise reaching my room on the second floor. There are higher floors that my accommodation could be arranged

When I checked in, my room was right in the heart of all the action which didn't suit me. I was given the option of 4 other rooms, and picked one in the Aliathon Aegean part (not the Ionian) and it was perfect for me. Quite, very large 1 bed, near the pool, there was loads of beds every day. Clean and comfortable. After moving the aircon didn't work but once I reported it - 2 service men came within 20 mins, and sent 2 more immediately to follow up. Also the manager called to make sure I was ok. All of the staff I interacted with on my stay were friendly and helpful. I don't think you could ask for more in any place - things happen, its how you deal with them that really sticks with you

The location wasn't the best for me. I go regularly to Paphos and I would prefer to be near the centre but this location is likely to suit most people

All great, will definitely come back in summer to use the waterpark facilities. Great for families due to amazing garden areas and playground and waterpark facilities! Breakfast definitely needs improvement

Breakfast needs to have much bigger variety for 4 stars resort..it was very basic. The location was near centre but of course not next to a beach....car was needed to move around

We have stayed in Aliathon 6 times over the years, always with the family, young kids and now teenagers. We have always had a perfect experience. Now we booked for the new Ionian for the first time and this us just exceptional, the rooms are beautiful, the controls for lights & aircon are great and the beds are the best I've ever slept on in a hotel. Could be ***** Breakfast is fantastic and as everywhere in the hotel the service comes with a smile - and possibly a joke 😄 Awesome, just keep going the same way!

We had an amazing stay at Aliathon Ionian! The hotel is absolutely beautiful and clean. The staff, especially at the reception, were incredibly kind, professional. The food was very good , with a great variety of delicious options . The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained. The hotel’s facilities, including the pool and common areas, were excellent.

We have been celebrating my son's birthday, on the top of the fact that the hotel offered us a very delicious cake in the room, the delivery during the dinner by the team with a birthday song was very exciting and emotional. We are glad we choose this hotel, the food was just exceptional, the spa area with warm covered swimming pool, i personally recommend Mrs Despina, since she is a goddess of massage and is definetly the best massage in the world 🌍
