A great location for towns facilities, bars & restaurants. Shame there's no breakfast but probably reflected in the price. I had lovely large room & very comfortable bed. Only criticism was I had achilles tear & was so worried in shower of slipping over. Asked for shower mat which couldn't supply but said they would look into this as a good idea. Onsite manager did help carry my bag up.👍🏻

It was really clean tidy and central location which was great for Bridgewater town centre. The staff were very kind and goo at getting back to my messages. Basic room but great for the base that we wanted the room for.

There was an awful lot of noise coming from the room next door. A very loud football match with screaming and shouting followed by lots of loud voices and some crying through the walls could be heard until past midnight. (We really hope the man is all ok now) Would of been ok if we hadn't done a really long hike from Weston Super-Mare to Bridgewater. We were shattered and could of really done with the extra sleep. But it can't always be helped and couldn't fault the accomodation for the money.

A great place to stay in town. Next to everything. You can find good bakeries around and good restaurants too. I would go back again. Very comfy bed. Great shower and bath. Very quiet at night.

I stayed for more than a week and they only cleaned my room once, but always gave me more paper rolls when I asked too and some soap too, so that was ok.

The environment was very nice, the rooms were very clean, the whole hotel was very clean, and the person who dealt me ​​there was an Iranian brother, he was the nicest person, my check-in time was different and I got there at a different time. But they accommodated me very well.

The staff. Really kind, really considerate. They noticed I had no lock on my bike and they offered to let me use one. I have stayed here twice now and would be back if I need to go to Bridgwater again. Also the location is very central

Once stayed in a room close to the street so it was busy and the area was surprisingly lovely for a Monday. I was able to sleep through it, so wasn’t too much of an issue.

Spotlessly clean, a fresh smell throughout the hotel. Not sure if new owners but the hotel has definitely improved since my last stay. Would be good to see the hotel offer a bar service but wouldn’t stop me staying again in the near future!

When checking in at 2 the staff was missing No bedding And only two pillows on double bed

Wasn’t the cleanest and needs modernising. Slight language barrier with the desk staff.

I had a great check in experience with Abdul at the front desk. He was really friendly and welcoming and immediately helped me to securely store my bike. The room had everything I needed for my one night stay and an excellent shower. It was perfect after a long day on the bike.

Sound travels a lot in the property so I could hear a lot of the other guests’ movements during the night

Very nice staff, great value for money. Room was very clean, everything you need for a couple nights away. Was also impressed with the shower, very good for a hotel shower.
