This hotel beat all of my expectations! Personal outreach from staff, lovely rooms and open spaces, and the CMU campus with all the green space and walking paths were right out the back door. I did not have a chance to try to restaurant or coffee shop, but would guess the customer service and offerings matched what I already experienced.

Pet fee is high. Each dog is $75. That is a lot for a multi-night stay, and crazy for a one night stay. I do of course understand they have to do a much deeper clean, but my two dogs did not come close to costing them $150.

Great hotel. Wonderful staff. Pet friendly for a fee - $75, but they were so nice to our dog. Pet bed and bowls provided. Bike storage available too. Room spacious and well appointed. Hot tub is large - a little cold temp, but no biggie.

Cashier at coffee shop was unfriendly, which was quite disappointing given the amazing service from everyone else.

We loved the quiet yet accessible location. The staff were extremely helpful and the amenities in the room or just what we needed. The restaurant was excellent.

The café on the first floor had a lot of tempting items. However, I was unable to have any of it since they had no access to the ingredients. In this day of many people having food sensitivities and allergies, not having ingredient lists is a major oversight.

Location, location, location. I was theee 3 nights and was asked if I wanted room cleaned. I said no, but really should have for that long. Full waste baskets; more coffee, wash clothes. I asked for things and received them but would have been easier just to have done one come in each day. The coffee shop was great.

Stayed for one night after dropping my daughter at CMU. I loved being right on the campus. The bed was crazy comfortable. The room was spotless. The view of campus from the terrace on the 4th floor is terrific. We took lots of great photos up there. Highly recommend this hotel and the restaurant/bar. We didn't use the fitness center but it looked nice.

Hotel, room, parking, good & welcome chocolate were perfect! After a 5 week road trip in our trailer decided to splurge. Room 317 had a great View & location. The problem is that either the housekeeping room next door woke us up early, or the housekeeper across the hall cleaning. Other than that, a wonderful stay.

Housekeeping needs to be trained to be quiet in the early morning. Also, yo take notice of the “Do not disturb” signs on the doors you are cleaning across from.

The hotel was beautiful with a beautiful view! Located so close to the airport. It was also in such a creative lovely city of Grand Junction. The staff was friendly and professional. The restaurant was fantastic ! Thank you !

Newish hotel with good sized rooms access to MESSA University gymnasium plus lounge/meeting room facilities and a good restaurant.. it ticked all our boxes! Our waitress in the restaurant was great informative with lots of tips and ideas for places to visit..she went above and beyond

An older refurbished hotel. Updated to meet most modern desires, while retaining historic hotel atmosphere! Met all our needs during our three night stay.

We dealt with the carry in of luggage from across the street parking lot.

Great location near Mesa campus. Very clean, ample room accessories (coffee maker and condiments, refrigerator); would have liked a refrigerator that had a freezer.
