Disabled room option kept clean Breakfast, wonderful selection of options, clean lobby Elevators Exercise room, equipment terrific, and room clean Respectful staff and helpful, answered questions, especially at lobby desk, breakfast staff helpful and kept area clean, and room cleaning employees very trustworthy and very competent in cleaning room. One incident, when traveler came to breakfast not wearing shirt, and making loud argumentative attention seeking noise, when staff told him to wear proper clothing in lobby area. All travelers eating breakfast, from what we saw at the time, appreciated the lobby staff desk in asking the traveler, who left the breakfast area, to dress properly.

Feel I was charged for movies, when I did not use the Internet version.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good and the staff very good at keeping the food fresh and stocked. Housekeeping staff were great. Kitchen staff also very good.

The sidewalks around the building were in disrepair and were a tripping hazard. Front desk staff were mixed. Some very very good and some just so so. Bathroom layout was not good. Getting in and out of the room where the toilet and shower were was not easy.

Convenient, clean, roomy. Very nice. Great breakfast, beautiful facility.

TV Channel selections. For one night no problem but if staying a week not good. Going to be back for a week so called to hotel within sight and checked their channel selections and booked our week there. Quite lacking in customer service. Entered hotel, gal with head down looking at computer in countertop says, " drivers license and credit card." That was it. It is ok to welcome people and hope they enjoy their stay or actually look at the drivers license and see they were from 6 states away and welcome them to MN.

The desk clerk told me when checking in that breakfast was 6-9am. We were there at 6 am, but none of the warm food was ready and set out until 6:30 am. The sign by the breakfast room doors said 6:30 am for the start time. We needed to leave by 6:45 am, so we ate cold food, when hot food really was our preference.

I liked that it was family friendly. The staff were welcoming and the housekeeping did a fantastic job at keeping the place looking and smelling great. Close to restaurants, businesses and close to the I494 ramps.

Breakfast ends early and seating downstairs is limited and crowded. Bedding and towels could use some updating. Seen reviews about small bathrooms which is true but the space in our room was worth having a smaller bathroom.

The room was large and very nice, very clean. we had a large sofa and a large TV that could be adjusted toward the sofa or bed. The staff were very friendly and loved the dog we brought. the breakfast had many options and was excellent. the pool looked nice but I didn’t use it. also the fitness room was large and offered more than what is typical at hotels.

we were in the fifth floor so our room tended to get hot. it was a little too hot to sleep in the evening. we also had some loud individuals in our hall but really couldn’t hear them much in our room.

Clean. Very spacious rooms with sitting area. Breakfast buffet was very good, staff was always on top of keeping food trays filled right up till the end.

Seating at breakfast was limited and layout of breakfast buffet was less than optimal. No dressers in the rooms.

Breakfast was good. They provided a lot of choices in terms of food options. Would like better options for coffee. I also was able to charge my electric vehicle overnight to a full charge which made the time it takes to keep my car working less on the road.

There was a smell in the room which seemed to be from cleaning supplies that were not completely dry in the carpet. It went away through the time I was there with the air conditioner on.

Close to facility that I had to be at Value for room for early booking

Elevator always got stuck on previous floors and would not go to main floor of building Faculty had to go upstairs to shut doors I had to walk up the stairs numerous times because of the wait

My husband enjoyed the breakfast--pancakes, waffles. Our dog enjoyed the bacon and sausage :D Nice that they allow dogs. I'm gluten free by necessity not choice, so I appreciated the fruit and hard-boiled eggs. Pool was nice, room was nice.

I thought I was getting a room with a kitchenette, but our room only had a tiny refrigerator and a tiny sink. a Microwave would have been great, so I wouldn't have to go to the lobby in my pj's to use a microwave. The only thing we could walk to was a pizza place. We had to drive to the grocery store and mall. Nice area, but you need a car to get around.
