The staff was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast options switched day to day. The facility is super friendly to dogs. We brought our 2 dogs (their first time at a hotel) and had a decent lawn to walk them around and a pooper scooper at the ready to use. The pool area always had towels stocked and the pool was a great temperature! We booked 2 rooms and they were great sizes and only separated by 1 room. We had a really great experience!

The bed was not the most comfortable, but we have definitely slept on worse. The pillows were also feather I believe and not supportive at all so would just bring my own pillows next time.

Disabled room option kept clean Breakfast, wonderful selection of options, clean lobby Elevators Exercise room, equipment terrific, and room clean Respectful staff and helpful, answered questions, especially at lobby desk, breakfast staff helpful and kept area clean, and room cleaning employees very trustworthy and very competent in cleaning room. One incident, when traveler came to breakfast not wearing shirt, and making loud argumentative attention seeking noise, when staff told him to wear proper clothing in lobby area. All travelers eating breakfast, from what we saw at the time, appreciated the lobby staff desk in asking the traveler, who left the breakfast area, to dress properly.

Feel I was charged for movies, when I did not use the Internet version.

Clean , good Location for leisure activities. Mall close by with wide range of Theater Screens. Good value for a clean , spacious King size room with Sofa Bed. Quiet room: I didn’t hear any noises from neighbors. Large size Walk-in Shower. The wash sink is located outside of bathroom with abundance counter space, Very nicely set-up.

The bathroom is very small.

The room was very comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was good and the staff very good at keeping the food fresh and stocked. Housekeeping staff were great. Kitchen staff also very good.

The sidewalks around the building were in disrepair and were a tripping hazard. Front desk staff were mixed. Some very very good and some just so so. Bathroom layout was not good. Getting in and out of the room where the toilet and shower were was not easy.

Convenient, clean, roomy. Very nice. Great breakfast, beautiful facility.

TV Channel selections. For one night no problem but if staying a week not good. Going to be back for a week so called to hotel within sight and checked their channel selections and booked our week there. Quite lacking in customer service. Entered hotel, gal with head down looking at computer in countertop says, " drivers license and credit card." That was it. It is ok to welcome people and hope they enjoy their stay or actually look at the drivers license and see they were from 6 states away and welcome them to MN.

The location was perfect. The room was large, clean and comfortable.

Weak shower flow. Very cheap feeling towels. Scratchy towel paper. The breakfast buffet was spartan, not many choices. Front front desk staff was unengaged. Not what I expect from a Hyatt branded facility.

The desk clerk told me when checking in that breakfast was 6-9am. We were there at 6 am, but none of the warm food was ready and set out until 6:30 am. The sign by the breakfast room doors said 6:30 am for the start time. We needed to leave by 6:45 am, so we ate cold food, when hot food really was our preference.

Like all Hyatt Place hotels, it was nicely laid out with spacious rooms and a good breakfast. It's nice that it has a pool and the fitness room was big.

It's showing some wear in key ways - specifically the begs are a bit saggy and creaky and the pipes make noise.

I liked that it was family friendly. The staff were welcoming and the housekeeping did a fantastic job at keeping the place looking and smelling great. Close to restaurants, businesses and close to the I494 ramps.

Breakfast ends early and seating downstairs is limited and crowded. Bedding and towels could use some updating. Seen reviews about small bathrooms which is true but the space in our room was worth having a smaller bathroom.

Clean. Very spacious rooms with sitting area. Breakfast buffet was very good, staff was always on top of keeping food trays filled right up till the end.

Seating at breakfast was limited and layout of breakfast buffet was less than optimal. No dressers in the rooms.
