Our experience here was outstanding. When we got there, we had a confusion with the booking, which was our fault, and the hotel manager got out of his way to help us. He even offered us a romantic dinner at the beach to make our experience better. It is undoubtedly the best attention we have ever received in a hotel

I have been here with my family for 4 days but i really enjoyed it alot . Food was delicious and variety. Staff were so friendly. People at the reception were so friendly and they welcomed us very well .Rooms are clean. Great view . Animation team are doing great job all day with different program at the evening as well thanks Zeka and his team . I would like to thanks the management for the professional job with great organization . Feels like our second home. Definitely will come back in September. High recommend 👌

The resort enjoys a quiet, beachfront location with stunning sea views and a relaxed, natural vibe. It’s ideal for travelers who want to unwind and enjoy nature, especially the beautiful reef right off the resort’s beach. The grounds are spacious and well-maintained, perfect for morning walks or sunset views. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable throughout our stay. A special thanks to M., the gentleman who took care of our room—he was consistently polite, thorough, and always made sure everything was spotless. His care and attention really stood out. The reception staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful from the moment we arrived. Every request was handled quickly and with a warm smile. The restaurant waiters also deserve praise—they were always attentive, friendly, and remembered our preferences, which made each meal more enjoyable. The food was a highlight of our stay. Every evening there was a grill station offering freshly cooked meat and fish, prepared right in front of guests—flavorful and perfectly cooked. There’s also a bakery section that provided fresh bread and pizza daily, which added a special touch to every meal. The variety was satisfying, and the quality remained consistent throughout our stay. While the buffet can feel slightly repetitive over time, the fresh grill and bakery options really elevated the experience. The beach is sandy and well-equipped, with great snorkeling opportunities just steps from the shore. The coral reef is vibrant and easy to access. For those who prefer to relax, the quiet pools and beach areas are perfect for unwinding.

There are also organized diving and snorkeling excursions, but this is where the resort could improve. The diving center is functional but feels somewhat underdeveloped. The sales team tends to push snorkeling trips more aggressively, while dive options seem limited. During our stay, only beach dives were proposed, which are mostly geared toward beginners or training sessions, rather than experienced divers seeking more varied or advanced dive sites. There was little initiative to organize boat dives or explore the region’s richer dive locations, which was a bit disappointing given how renowned Marsa Alam is for diving.

MR.Mahmoud the reception Manager was Soo helpful and gave us an unforgettable experience From upgrading the room to having a private bungalow Having a baby sitter was something I couldn't imagine as we have a 9 months baby and they took care while we dine. The gave us as well a free a la carte dining experience at the oriental and seafood restaurants. Definitely will come back again

A huge resort in a very nice spread of various functions. Easy to find and reach. All employees are always welcoming and energetic with sense of humor and enthusiasm. The room is well prepared, really clean and comfortable. High quality stay and happy with people and facilities here.

-As Booking.com guests, we enjoyed VIP service. -Friendly and helpful staff, with most of them speaking Italian and other languages. -We stayed in the international guest section, which was quieter and more peaceful. -A large pool right in front of our room, and beach towels were replaced daily. -Reserved beach spot with no additional charges. -A wide variety of food catering to all tastes, with themed dinner nights (Egyptian, Italian, ...). -On-site doctor available for emergencies (extra service). -Option for late check-out.

-The resort is mostly for Italian guests with Italian entertainment (Bravo), which can be very noisy at times and not very welcoming to Booking.com guests. -No coral reef to visit because there’s no pier. -Excursions: We asked the hotel to organize a desert safari, but it turned out to be a "tourist scam" and wasn’t worth the price. We got a partial refund thanks to the receptionist (Hazem), who was very helpful. -There were issues with hot water in the room, but they were (partly) fixed after a quick response. -The doctor on-site was helpful (I needed it), but the price was quite high. -The resort is mostly aimed at families and not young guests.

We had a truly unforgettable stay at this wonderful hotel!The gardens are absolutely stunning, perfectly maintained and with herons walking freely through the greenery..it really felt like a hidden paradise!!Our room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable. The food was excellent, with a great variety of delicious dishes every day. A special thank you and big compliments to all the local staff and also to Serena and Andrea from the Bravo staff..they all made our stay even more special. We already miss it and can’t wait to come back!

I recently stayed at Gemma's hotel, and one of the highlights of my stay was the food. The quality and variety of the meals alone make this hotel a great choice for anyone who values good food during their stay. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and welcoming, making my stay even more enjoyable. I’d like to give special mention to Mr. Mahmoud, who went above and beyond to ensure I had a pleasant experience. We originally booked a standard room for myself and another for my family, but to our surprise, the hotel upgraded us to a suite for my family and a deluxe room for me. They even provided a beach umbrella at no extra cost, which was a thoughtful gesture. To top it all off, the hotel staff surprised me by celebrating my birthday with a cake, making the occasion truly memorable. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, especially with their outstanding service, generous upgrades, and personal touches that made our stay unforgettable.

The internet connection wasn't very strong, but considering the hotel's remote location in the desert, it's understandable.
