Availability in winter and the option to put the aircon in the heat mode. The place is away from the centre which means it is quiet from the bars’ sounds. The apartment was spacious for one person but it would be comfortable for two. Kitchen has everything to prepare meals or reheat take outs. Pleasant views from and just a short stroll from the beach. There is a nice looking pool but I didn’t use it. Also I’ve heard from a local friend that the food is nice alas the restaurant was closed out of season b

The main door to the building has a fire safety put on and when it shuts it is loud. I’ve mentioned this to the reception. It would be handy for a small amount of dishwasher to be in the kitchen. I’ve used shower gel instead ;P It looks that the aircon has some issues as there was a little threatening message not to change the temperature outside of 22-24° otherwise the remote control to the unit will be confiscated.

We stayed here in December when it's cold and the bed sheets provided are only suitable for summer time.

Amazing, friendly staff. Spacious and nice rooms. The center of the city is easily reachable on foot.

I would recommend better vacuum cleaning, as there were a few hairs on the floor. Other than that, it was great.

Clean, bright, well equipped apartment, seemed freshly decorated. Plenty of room, with two outdoor terraces. Just two minutes walk from the beach. The key was left for us in an envelope with no problem

We come every year and love this place and the family who run/own it. The apartments are well equipped and new things added every year. Plenty of parking. Great walk into the centre in the evening. Lovely pool and fabulous coffee and summer entertainment. Excellent value for money.

We had to sit at the table to watch TV. So maybe they should think about moving the room around to make it more comfortable

Easy check in, good location not far from the center of port pollenca with lost of free parking space around. The flat has heating and air con. The small kitchen was well equipped.

It was one of the cheapest options yet it was comfortable and it was perfect for our group. The beach is really close. There is a fairly well-equipped kitchen.

The collection of the keys was a little bit problematic, you have to go to a different building first to collect them. There was no heating in one room, but it is not a surprise anymore in a mediterranean place like this. All in all don't expect a 5 star experience but for us it was more than perfect.

A lovely, family run hotel and apartments. Early season, so it was nice and quiet for our week. The staff were very helpful and friendly. It was our first time staying here, but I would definitely come back. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. Our balcony had a mountain & sea view. The apartment had everything we needed (lovely hairdryer!) and was very spacious.
