Very comfortable. The air conditioning mostly worked (which is better than most other places we stayed). Great location and view.

Excellent location. In the heart of city center and many shopping center and restaurants are around the hotel. The staff are very friendly and help us to find the ferryboat station. Bus and metro station are very near to hotel and you can go any where with public transport. There is no exchange office near the hotel and in city center and you can just use ATM. The bed is very comfortable and the facilities are good. Breakfast is very good and you can find many delicious food , frouit, coffee and tea.

The safebox is not working. The key card is out of service everyday and you need to go to reception to solve it.

I must say this is very central hotel for Bursa if you want to explore city as all facilities are on the doorstep. All staff we interacted were helpful and professional. Sardar on reception was ahead of the game with welcoming guests. We stayed for 2 nights and breakfast was way better as we expected as they had lots of hot food alongwith plenty of options to have a great breakfast.

Staff was really nice.. infact Mr. Abdulla upgraded our room and the room was amazing and it was mountain facing … everything was amazing

Places of interest, shops and Metro station are within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are friendly and helpful. Was offered a room with a nicer city view without additional charges. Breakfast was simple but nice.

No connecting rooms for families with children but they provided rooms next to each other. Maybe can offer something different everyday for their breakfast selection. Otherwise you'll be eating the same food everyday if you stay there for a few days.

The staff wich are working at the reception are very good and helpful especially Abdullah and the staff at the restaurant also good.

The toilet needs so much mentenance and more toilet paper

They gave us corner room which had wonderful views of city and uludag mountains. It was spacious and comfortable.

The facility is a little dated.
