Everything except the room was a little musty. It may have just been my daughter sensitive nose. And I guess the room or carpet was older, and that may have attributed to the slight smell. Rooms were clean, beds were comfy for the most part. The staff were very nice every time we interacted with them. It was in a good location. Pretty quiet location.

Having to take my towels down every night to be exchanged. Wish I could’ve exchanged them with the ladies in the hall or had more than what was in the room. The comforter was stained (looked like blood) and the mattress cover was stained (looked like blood). They don’t clean the rooms every day (which was fine with me) but if you prefer that, just a heads up.

The suite was big and airy! Lots of room and very comfy bed. A/C was on when we arrived so it was very cool already. Coffee in the room and the Continental breakfast bar was nice.

Not sure what the floors are cleaned with, but it was slippery in places, and sticky in others. It wasn't bad, just not conducive to walking barefoot. Not thrilled with having to take our towels to the front desk for replacements.

It’s was ok. Room smelled a little funny but we dealt with it. It wasn’t crazy bad it just wasn’t pleasant. Breakfast could have been better. No eggs no bacon or sausage just bagels and sweet stuff,

Location is a bit far from the beach with traffic it could take up to 45 min. Breakfast lacked of protein.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was very clean. Complimentary breakfast was fresh and very adequate for what it was intended to be. Very convenient to the expressway and not too far from where our stay was centered around (PCC). We realized that the weekend we booked was a week later than we intended the morning before, but a quick phone call to your helpful staff got the dates moved up with no issues (thank-you!!).

I would always prefer a hot breakfast to cold and would have accepted a higher room rate to have that service. Sorry, can't really complain about anything else.

Hallway edges need to be cleaned and trash picked up regularly. Rooms that face front of building have highway noise , especially early am. No way for hotel to alleviate that. We will just make sure next time our room is on the back side.

The hotel and the rooms where nice and clean, only on some places it could use some maintenance/repair.

The battery of the smoke alarm got empty 3AM which made this loud noise every minute, but maintenance replaced it in the morning.

I can't remember her name (the older I get, the less I remember...) but the woman at the front desk when I checked in was over and above! Professional, very people and dog friendly. She deserves any and all kudos! Thanks! PS give her a raise! And no we're not related or friends!☺️

The overall friendliness of the staff. The room itself was very nice and clean.

The beds felt like the springs in them were from 1945. There was no coffee facilities in the room, not even paper cups. The hair dryer was broken.

Bad breakfast,worst breakfast, I've traveled the world. Shame on a hotel for calling stale. .. package donuts breakfast . If I would have known what the breakfast was. Probably would have booked elsewhere. Don Robison, Texas
