First of all, shout out to Laura the receptionist at the front counter who checked us in. She was just a sweetheart, she's very kind and welcoming I like the cleanliness of the hotel room. Live the king size bed.

I didn't like the small trash cans.

Location, close to places we where we were going.

Checking in and out person, had zero personality. If I wouldn’t have spoken to her, she probably wouldn’t have spoken to me. She needs to know that she is in the hospitality business. The tissue box only had a few tissues and they appeared to have been pulled out and stuffed back in.

Staff was great.

The elevator needs to be worked on ASAP! It's slow and shakes. Very scary. The breakfast is not good. They water down the Cranberry juice it's sour. The scrambled eggs and omeletts were terrible. I think it's the egg substitute. Not good. Muffins tasted stale. So sorry.

Convenient to restaurants and stores. Not far from the beach.

Did clean our rooms. Told the ladies we were leaving and they never bothered to clean or give us clean towels. We had to ask for them!

I arrived well before check in time, around 12:30pm. I only waited about 30 minutes before my room was ready. The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful. Even the breakfast was very good. I am a former Hampton employee and knew what to expect. They exceeded my expectations! If I come back to Pensacola in the future, I will certainly check in to staying here again!

I have no complaints!

Friendly, warm & welcoming staff. The hotel was going through renovations in some areas but, it did not negatively impact our stay. Our room was very large, nicely appointed with many plugs & USB ports that were conveniently located throughout the room.

Everything was nice & comfortable.

Breakfast was decent with something for everyone

Was told a $25 refundable fee would be added to invoice. Final bill was $25 higher than receipt plus was charged a separate $25 fee

Breakfast was the best we have had at a hotel in a while. The people doing the breakfast are doing an awesome job. The front desk staff was nice and friendly.

Check in took a little longer than other Hampton inn. T V did not properly work. Parking lot was a little dim an didn't seem secure.

One of the cleanest hotels we have stayed in. Lee and Donald are super staff members and made our stay extra great!

The new keyless room entry was lacking. It would take four attempts for the door to open, even though the light on the lock turned green.
