The property was very well equipped

The sunbed situation only allowed one booking per day Having to wait till 2 pm to go to the pool the lifeguard was extremely strict no playing in the pool when you’re on holidays, all you want to do is relax by the pool

It was very clean , the apartment lovely and spaces with spacious balcony. The pool was spotless and the bar very nice with very good food.

Would have liked a little more room service and fresh towels , the dirty towels were left in the bathroom all week even when the cleaner had been in and a mirror in the bedroom or living room would have been good as there was only one in the bathroom .

We we're pleasantly surprised, Fantastic location beside the Beach , Local shop was close by and the main strip was a few minutes walk. Facilities we're Spotless. Apartment was very clean and provided lots of towels for a family of four. The pools were Great and everything onsite was Perfect. I was Impressed with the security also. Electric gates in and lifeguard was very Observant throughout our stay. Definitely be returning when we plan to come back to Lanzarote. Would recommend hiring a car ( if not a bus runs every 20 minutes directly across the road) to Visit playa Blanca as the Beach was Lovely. Also worth a visit to the Restaurant "Enjoy" on the strip, the food there was our particular favourite, Enjoy ⛱️

The hotel room was absolutely superb. Spotless clean and new cooker, fridge etc. Beds and seats all very comfortable. Air con worked well. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, saucepans etc so you could do a fair bit of cooking yourself to keep costs down if you wanted. The staff very very pleasant and helpful. The on site Baileys bar / restaurant was really good also. The food there is as good if not better than on the strip- all on your door step. All served up by the excellent staff serving with a smile. The location is excellent also, a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Cant wait to go back!!

Nothing, no issues whatsoever.

It was all very good, lots of little things, like USB sockets, handrails in the shower plus telephone near in case you had a fall ! Good lighting, nice balcony with sun loungers. I didn't have breakfast as I self catered, but good restaurant on site if needed. Nice heated pool and jacuzzi.

I was on the third floor and lift wasn't working during my stay, so be prepared to walk up two flights of stairs ! I don't think it's been working properly for a few weeks now. Hopefully it will be fixed soon. Extra daily charge for pool towels, plus they tale € 100 when you arrive and should repay it within 24 hours after check out. No English TV programmes. Just SKY news.

When I booked, I originally thought it was pricey for a self catering apartment, however it was amazing and well worth the money. Very clean, apartment well equipped and staff accommodating.

Charge for early check in. Normal check in 4pm which I feel is late.

Staff very friendly and helpful and facilities were great. Full kitchen if you want to cook, nice shower, comfortable beds, washing machines & dryer available onsite. All very clean and kept well. Sunbeds were comfy too - they have new cushions. Also can rent towels for a nominal fee which is great. And location is lovely and quiet.

It's a small bit tight when the sofa bed is made up but still nice.

Lovely staff, beautiful well kept accommodation. Nice beds, bathroom. Kitchen is so well stocked and everything well laid out. I really appreciated that they provided washing up liquid, sponge and kitchen towels so you don't have to buy these items. Everything felt new and just added to the holiday because it takes all the stress out of self-contained apartments vs. hotel rooms. I didn't have to contact the reception once for anything. It just works. My compliments to the cleaning staff who clearly take pride in their work and they do a really excellent job.

The pool could be open a bit longer - not a deal breaker though. We were 3 people so the choice of bed options is limited to the set-up that is there but we went with it. I actually felt the arrangement with two sittings - morning and afternoon really works because you can swap with a beach visit or a walk and still get enough time on the loungers to relax. It's fair to everyone.

We had a great stay at these apartments spacious clean and very comfortable staff excellent Baileys bar great and entertainment and food great great location short walk to the strip everything was fabulous

The apartments were lovely and clean and met our needs. The staff even put a gluten free toaster in the apartment for our son who is celiac. The staff at reception were extremely helpful and all communication was done via WhatsApp (when we wanted the room cleaned, new towels etc) and this suited us perfectly. The pool, jacuzzi were lovely and the pool bar/staff were absolutely brilliant, they tried to remember your names and made you feel very welcome.

I suppose the sun bed booking system is a good idea (via the lifeguard the day before), but you can only have a sunbed for the morning or afternoon, not both. There are two sunbeds on your balcony, but I wasn't keen on going back to our room. Therefore you either had to go to the beach or find something else to do or wait to see if someone doesn't turn up for their bed.
