Great location with food, shopping and the second site (ice sculptures) of the Sapporo Snow Festival within a short walking distance. 5-10 minute walk to the subway line or an easy 20 min walk to the main site for the Sapporo Snow Festival. Room is on the smaller side but well equipped, modern and clean. Refreshments provided from the afternoon and the breakfast buffet was well worth the money with a large variety of fresh seafood. The bath and sauna were fabulous after a long cold day. Staff were very accommodating and assisted me in shipping my luggage to another hotel.

The bed was a little firmer and the pillows had a grain/bean feel (think wheat heat pack) rather than a soft loft feel. This is personal preference and some may prefer this type of feel.

The facilities are clean and incredible. The onsite onsen was delightful, especially after 2 days of skiing. Location was great for us! Tram on the door step and subway only a 10/15 minute walk away.

The beds and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Not what I would expect from a 4 star hotel. If you do stay here make sure you ask for additional pillows! While I loved the onsen, it would be better to be only over 16s after 9pm as there were lots of children running around and shouting late at night, which takes away that peaceful vibe of such facilities.

Breakfast is very good!!!! There is many dishes for selection.

Location is near Tanukikoji but in winter it cannot walk so far like that.

Breakfast buffet was variety with good quality. I enjoyed the self-serviced drink provided at the lobby, especially the White Water, which was my kid's favorite. The room I stayed (about 21 sqm.) is a bit larger than the Japanese's standard. Bathroom is very compact but it's spotless clean. Hotel located in a vibrant area, only a short walking distance to the subway (400 m) We loved the adult & kid's night gowns provided in the room daily. They're of good quality and very comfortable to wear.

Most of the staff couldn't understand English. I stayed there for 5 nights and found just one male staff who can speak fluent English. A staff kind of lose his temper when he couldn't understand my English and couldn't communicate with me. (The rest of the staff are polite)

Very modern and clean hotel. Decent room size considering in Japan. Loved the firm bed and fit-all pillow. Big public bath with everything provided. After a long dip in the hot pool and the lovely bed, I had a very relaxed and great quality sleep at night. Exceptional breakfast! Enormous range of food options, you can create different kinds of combinations! I really enjoyed the breakfast time.

Parking in the hotel takes quite an amount of time. Suggest not to park your car in the hotel carpark when you just want to check-in first and go somewhere else after. Parking in the hotel only if you do not need to use your car for the rest of the day. It took me at least 20 mins to wait in the queue and park the car, and another 20 mins when I went to pick my car the next morning. But still appreciate the hotel provides car park spaces for their guests.

Location close to Susukino area, hence easy walking distance to all nearby popular entertainment & eateries. The onsen is really nice & spacious, well equipped (gives you Dyson hairdryer). Bed & pillows comfortable & can request for more. Will stay here again

Though location is good, it is also a 6-7mins walk from the susukino station. In snowy-icy conditions, one needs to be careful while carrying your luggage.

I like that room was neat and today, with comfortable beds, a big TV, and accessible vending machines with snacks and alcohol. Breakfast was amazing, great variety. We accidentally left a laptop keyboard in one of the rooms and they sent it to our hotel in Tokyo, great customer service. There's a Lawson next door and 7/11 across the street, a great location.

We paid an extra 10,000 yen for a bigger room and it felt the same. We asked for a cot which they delivered but it was the wrong size and was un-adjustable, my 14-month-old son could've easily climbed it and fallen out, and the base of the cot was set too high. Was unable to connect to Netflix to any streaming services for the kids.

Has all the facilities needed. Public hot bath is a big plus to the hotel. Rooms and facilities are all well maintained and cleaned. Enjoyed the breakfast which is extra cost 2300yen for adult. Nice range of food for buffet breaky Close to that famous shopping street(sorry I don’t know the name). And also the seafood street. Tv tower and park next to it within walking distance too. Upon walking home with kids, had to go through quite a few stores or shops I am not sure if it’s jap young girls trying to invite men to their party or what. Which I don’t mind, but may be inappropriate for family with young kids to walk the street with all the banners of young big boobs girls But will stay here again

The outside view of our room is facing a wall of an outside building. A bit disappointed with our request for a late check out at 12:00nn considering we stayed for 3 nights. The hotel had a promotion, which includes a late checkout, we thought that we could avail of it upon our return to the same hotel. It was actually a 1 time availment which we used a different freebie on our 1st stay.

Breakfast was amazing with raw fish: tuna, salmon and scallops. Also meat and fruit, a huge variety, liked a lot, the best we had in japan. Location is great in the middle of Susukino which is the party place in Sapporo, with lots of restaurants and bars (the room was quiet stil,l great even for families).
