We checked in around 8:30pm and had the pleasure of walking across a bridge between two bottom lit tropical style pools which was such a delight. Our room was easy to find with thanks to the easy directions from the check in clerk and the map provided to us. We had a king suite with a spa bath and it was quite a spacious room. I enjoyed how many mirrors were in the room for outfit checks because we were in the area for a wedding. There was plenty or shelf storage and hanging space in the wardrobes. A washing machine and clothes airer were also available for use in the room, however we didn't utilise them. There was a fully equipped kitchenette as well as an electric BBQ on the balcony, however we also didn't use any of these. We enjoyed the comfortable three seater chaise lounge for a bit of down time watching the TV while waiting for our event. It was only a short walk to breakfast at Tucker cafe and the small shopping village down the road allowed us to grab a few last minute necessities that we'd forgotten to prepare for the weekend.

The pillows on the bed were a bit too soft for our liking, we prefer a firmer pillow to sleep. The shower was interesting with a lovely big high shower head that looked amazing, but when the water got down to my height there were big gaps in the droplets and it felt like I had to spend more time in the shower to fully rinse my face wash and body wash off. It was opulent, but it didn't feel functional.

It was beautifully maintained. Our room was clean and very comfortable. We did get lost trying to find our room. The receptionist did explain. It would have been easier if she had said, locate elevator 2 and where we would find it by looking for the sign. We took 1 and got lost. A bonus was that the Spice Den was able to deliver meals in the evening. If we had stayed longer, it would have been nice to have had a wider variety of meals.

There were blinds in the room. At night, the lights from the building across the way shone directly into our eyes in bed. There should be curtains to block out the light.

The room was so spacious, the bathroom was luxurious, the lounge area was relaxing, the balcony had a great view of the pool and greenery. There was a spa on-site, which I used and had the best massage. There were plenty of locations around the pool for reading a book. The on-site restaurant was delicious and had a great atmosphere.

Variety of pillows other than just down pillows as they squash down too much and gave me a headache. I used the cushions from the couches.

Loved the room layout & the bed was comfortable. Nice touch that the reverse cycle air conditioning was turned on so the room was warm when we arrived. Only one staff member on the reception desk when we arrived so a bit of a wait to check in. The staff member was knowledgeable & explained directions from car park to room quite well. A bit annoying to have to come up in one lift & then across the pool area to the next lift to get up to the room. Numbering was a bit confusing for the layout. Would have been nice to have a free bottle or jug of water in the fridge on arrival. Also would've liked a shower screen so the water doesn't pour out onto the bathroom floor & soak the floor mat while you're in the shower. Overall really enjoyed our stay & had a lovely dinner at Spice Den.

The property was in a good location close to the shops close to the beach close to the venue where we were going for the wedding. I would recommend to stay here and the staff was so friendly and accommodating.

it rained and rained and rained so I didn’t use the pool. I was looking forward to using it as a bit disappointed. They didn’t have the restaurant for breakfast and happy hour cocktail.

We found this beautiful resort after our flight was cancelled, during Xmas period it is so difficult to find a good place to spend the holidays, we were lucky to stay here. From check in we had a really good experience, resort is really well presented, staff are very friendly and location is great, short walk to the beach. Also to mentioned restaurant on the premises is delicious. I will highly recommend to stay here and we will definitely come back!

The service was excellent. The pools looked lovely although we didn't get a chance to swim.

We were given the disabled room without consultation so the room had a different vibe to what we were expecting. We were there on a rare night away from our kids and the lack of spa was a bit disappointing. Also, we never worked out where the light switches were for the bathroom. There were not where you would expect a switch.

The resort is beautiful and the location was perfect. Close to the beach, walking paths and a small shopping centre nearby that catered for our every need. The pool was great, the option to order room service from the restaurant was perfect. The Restaurant food was exceptional and absolutely delicious, well worth it. The room was spacious. The staff were so helpful, friendly and very professional. They clearly take pride in their service and were available to assist when we had trouble with our dryer and answer any other questions.

The shower/ toilet together in our studio had no run off into the drain and everytime we showered the whole floor would flood in this area and a pool of water would sit by the toilet. Unless we pushed it ourselves into the drain, it would stay there.

the room was more of a small suite, spotlessly clean and very comfortably furnished with all the facilities we needed. there were multiple pools in the attractive gardens. the restaurant is great but does not belong to the hotel.

parking and getting your luggage to the room can be a nightmare of staircases corridors and only one lift at one end of a very long building. the receptionist explains the route briefly while tracing it out on a map of the premises. at this point we enter the maze, get hopelessly lost and confused by the fact that room 225 and 226 are in fact not even on the same floor. eventually we are found wandering and guided to our room by a chambermaid.

This resort is built in the quiet residential area of Casuarina, 700m walk from a non-patrolled surf beach and 5 min drive down the town of Kingscliff. We stayed in a spacious 2 bedroom executive apartment which was quite nice with a large living area and even larger balcony. You can hear the ocean on the balcony while the view, and we were on the first floor - is of residential buildings. This resort is a 5 min walk to Coles, a Bottleo, a few takeaway options and a bakery with coffee. The resort had an asian fusion restaurant which is delicious and I suggest booking in once you arrive so you don’t miss out. The pool is just like the photos, very nice, no complaints. This resort is very quiet, it doesn’t seem like much is happening except for at night when the restaurant comes to life.
