Clean, new, quiet app, comfortable bed and pillows, close to the sea, bus stops, shops.. Internet und A/C are also excellent. The possibility of using the restaurant and swimming pool of the neighboring hotel. The staff is very pleasant and friendly and meets all requests. Overall, despite a few shortcomings, I can definitely recommend this apartment.

Some details are missing, for example more hooks for hanging in the toilet and hallway, no have overhead lighting for reading, coffee and tea facilities could be a little better. Also, there is only one oversized (~5x5m) sheet and blanket that covers literally the entire double bed, so it is very inconvenient and complicated to set up for one person, especially if 2 people are supposed to share.

We had a wonderful stay at this accommodation. The place is clean, cozy, and beautifully furnished. The terrace is absolutely stunning, surrounded by greenery, which creates a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Communication with the host was smooth and easy, and everything went perfectly. The location is phenomenal—right in the heart of the city, with everything just a short walk away. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come back!

There is music from the nearby restaurant between 8 PM and midnight, which could be bothersome if you’re sensitive to noise.

I travelled for work, but if you want a holiday in Ayia Napa and plan to spend your time on the beaches, boat trips, etc., this hotel is also absolutely perfect. It is in an amazing location within easy walking distance from shops, the harbour, several beaches, restaurants, and bars (nothing is more than 10 minutes away on foot). Vassos, the owner, is so friendly. Everything is clean and modern. This property 100% exceeded my expectations and is a real gem in Ayia Napa.

Great location, everything is clean and tidy. The man at the reception desk (Vasos) is very helpful and responsive. Bus stops that lead to the most beautiful beaches around the city are not more than 100m away.

It can get a little bit noisy at night if you happen to have a group of young people as your neighbours, or at the hotel across the road. But I guess that is pretty much the situation all over Agia Napa.

The owner is incredibly kind and attentive, he follows every detail with a warm smile. His support and sweetness are exactly what you’d hope for during a honeymoon.

Everything was perfectly done, except for the noise on the second floor due to restaurants nearby and the cooking odor. However, the owner was informed and mentioned that he’s currently working on installing isolation glass to resolve these issues. It was my second time staying there, and I still highly recommend them!

Location near to most of kids activities : lunapark, tofinis hotel (waterpark special for kids and adults, near to all franchises McDonald's, pizza hut,...) VASOS one of joy apartments staff, very friendly, and help us to find new destinations for kids activities... The best thing that our apartment in groundfloor with balcony that was good to our kids to play around.

Everything was good, no bad comments

Everything looked clean and tidy, the personnel was friendly and accommodating, we didn't miss anything we could have wanted.

Not a super-quiet location and not the best-looking spot either (not really bad in either respect, though), but also super-central and made our exploration of the city much easier. Not the fanciest apartment but perfectly functional. Just minor stuff, like, would have appreciated a larger shower, it was hard to keep the rest of the bathroom dry when taking a shower. An elevator would have been nice, the stairs were a bit too narrow for carrying luggage. But these are mere details that didn't cause us any problems, and the facilities are what they are, can't make the hotel magically larger.

We had a wonderful stay at Joy Hotel. The rooms were clean and cozy, perfect for a family vacation. We stayed in one of the extended rooms, which was nice and quiet, providing a peaceful atmosphere. The kids loved the nice pool, which was a great addition for families. The food at the bar was reasonably priced and tasty. The location was perfect, with the Luna Park just a few minutes' walk away. Highly recommend for families looking for a relaxing getaway!

It was in an excellent location for the town centre and was very spacious. The empty fridge was good and there was plenty of storage.

I think the bins should have been emptied daily and maybe have been bigger as we had to put the toilet paper in the bathroom bin and it filled up quickly. Also maybe the air con should be able to go to a lower temperature.
