It was quiet (loved to be able to rest from Thamel caos), a really comfortable bed, the room was spacious, and an amazing breakfast for 1000 NPR after 20% discount, a great value for the money. This hotel made a difference in our last few days in Nepal after a long trip trekking and moving around the country. Really happy to choose it. I loved everything, highly recommended.

If you want to stay somewhere a walking distance from Thamel perhaps this hotel is a bit far but for about 300 NPR one way you can commute easy.

It was a pleasant stay. The hotel is relatively new one i guess. It was neat and clean. The area around is peaceful, away from the main town. Airport is 30 mins from the hotel. Pasupathinath temple can be reached in 20-35 mins depending on traffic. Staff were very polite and helpful. They helped us to book taxis, guided us on how to plan visiting the places around. Room was clean and size was good. Breakfast was also excellent with lots of options for vegetarians.

Every thing was fine. 1.It took lots of time for hot water to flow in the bath room. 2. The water color in shower and bathtub was pale yellow and when we checked with front desk, they said it was bore well water and the treatment filter was not working.

Very nice spacious rooms, professional staff, great amenities and fantastic breakfast and dinner buffet. Very good value for money and practical to stay if you need to be in the area - not so practical if you want to do site seeing in Kathmandu and come for tourism rather than work - Kalimati is residential district.

Warm water in my room was not working. I contacted the hotel staff and they said they would send someone to fix the issue but no one showed up. Same when I had another small issue.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Crowne Imperial in Kathmandu! The rooms were impeccably clean and comfortable, a perfect retreat after a day of exploring the city. The staff was incredibly supportive and helpful throughout my entire stay. Another highlight was the food - both delicious and with a wide variety. Plus, exchanging money at the hotel was a breeze, which can be a big plus while traveling. I highly recommend the Crowne Imperial for anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing stay in Kathmandu.

Excellent hotel..they ve a 3 bedroom apt ideal for families..nice helpful staff..nice facilities...good food at the in house restaurant ..nice location. In a good area...not far away from sights..

Bathroom in the 3 bed apt don't ve locks..there's a gap in the shower door so water tends to seep out..minor things..manageable but the hotel needs to look into this..no nearby restaurants..

It's a new hotel so it's clean and friendly. The gym is average but the pool was too cold water to swim, I think hotel needs to heat the pool or else no one can use. Breakfast served as buffet is good.

I found the room bath tub design allows water to fill around the sides which are lower than the tub, leading to overflow in bath floor. My tv also stopped working, I think connection problem. The hotel is also not in the popular area.

Amazing my go to me time. I really feel so positive vibes with crowne interior design . I can feel aura of places, and crowne is truly blessed by God. One thing I like to add is if i get a chance to make content marketing 😉 it would be amazing as not more popular in our trending stuff tiktok which it should be in #n1 I am the one who loves place hooping, and this is always my fav. The hotel is one of the best I've ever been to. The restaurant has a great view and I have to say that the food they prepared for dinner was definitely a 10/10, to my surprise. The breakfast is great, and having it served hot and freshly made definitely improved the taste. Last but not least the reception staff was fantastic as they helped me with plenty of non-accommodation-related tasks, thanks for making my stay great! (special thanks to Laxmi, Savita, and Sushma)

Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was excellent as was the buffet dinner I had. Hotel was clean, modern and rooms was same.

If you want to stay in the thick of things it’s a cab ride away - having said that the cabs are quickly and easily obtained using Pathao app and are very inexpensive and the upside of not being in Thamel is a lack of street noise.

The overall experience of staying at Crowne Imperial was amazing and memorable.

The swimming pool could be better. Maybe a bigger infinity pool on the rooftop with the beautiful view would add much more to the experience.
