Somehow our rooms got changed from what I had booked so we only had a standard room instead of a suite with our family of six. But after talking to the manager, the front desk person said she could add a king bedroom with ours for no additional cost which was WONDERFUL! Our rooms were great. The breakfast was great. The pool could have been a little warmer, but my kids loved swimming all 3 nights we were there. Overall great place for the cost.

It was a little tricky at times with the construction going on. One time when we came back during the day, one of our rooms had the water shut off (assuming due to construction safety) but it didn't really affect what we needed at that time. Our king room also didn't have any seating chairs or anything but we didn't request any. The hot tub ran a little on the hot side, but these were just minor inconveniences.

Breakfast is good, they have a very spacious breakfast area, room and bathroom are spacious, AC really worked well, cleanliness is generally ok.

They didn't refresh our room at all during our 5-day stay. They didn't collect trash at all, nor gave us new towels. I don't need new linens or new towels daily because that could have been a waste, but if they just gave us a new set of towels at least once during the 5-day stay that could have been better. Needless to say they should at least be collecting trash daily. No need to replace the trash bags daily but at least collect the trash. I don't know if I should have requested for all these services, I just thought and assumed that that is what they're supposed to be doing as part of daily house keeping. And also Holiday Inn should have recycling bins or dumpsters because some customers like me care about the environment and I hate throwing all the recyclables into the trash cans.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciate that Holiday Inn Express still does daily room cleaning and changes the towels. The daily breakfast was delicious, good coffee!

The bed was very uncomfortable. It’s old and sagged in the middle. The hotel is in the process of renovation so hopefully new beds are part of that remodel.

Close to restaurants, pretty clean facilities, comfortable rooms, priced just right, and breakfast was provided!

No housekeeping services are provided unless it is requested but they did not tell us this upon check-in, found out after a long day ATVing, we came back to our room to find that it wasn't cleaned and we had no clean towels, when I approached the front desk with my concern, she was very rude and just pointed to the sign taped to the desk indicating housekeeping services must he requested. Hotel staff should inform guests upon check-in of this expectation. Breakfast was ok but not very many options to choose from, should add some more hot items to the menu!

This is a nice hotel especially if you are passing through the night from Zion or Bryce. Rooms were clean and staff was friendly. We had little bit of a hiccup with checking in (under the wrong reservation/ same last name) but the manager working fixed it quickly and got the situation handled. Also GREAT location. There is a restaurant right across the street (that has wonderful reviews) also the police station, fast food, and a gas station are all on the same block! If we were to pass through again probably will stay here.

The beds/pillows were amazing! I slept like a baby! The room was spacious. Breakfast was also good, lots of options.

This seems to be a very family/kid oriented hotel, which is fine if you are traveling with kids. Kids and families over took the pool and hot tub all day/night. We were very disappointed that parents allowed their children to JUMP from pool to hot tub, with no regard for the adults trying to relax in the hot tub. If you are traveling as adults, you may want to skip this place. It would be super if the hotel would consider having an "adults only" time for the pool/ hot tub. Say from 8:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.....just a thought.

The room was fine but we did not have a luggage holder for our second set of luggage and when asked, I was told that a holder would be brought to the room, but it never appeared. The breakfast was passable and we simply went elsewhere to get breakfast most mornings. The staff was helpful.

Breakfast. I don’t think the eggs needed to be quite as much overdone as they were. Also, as noted above, when a staff member makes a commitment it should be followed through

The breakfast was really good. Location was great. Staff was top notch. Comfortable and clean!

I am handicap, so I had a really nice handicap accessible room. The only thing I found disturbing is how high the bed is. I could NOT get into that bed. So frustrating!!! I finally decided to my suit case as a step stool.

The breakfast was not bad. Scrambled eggs, sausage and gravy. Yogurt. Bacon. I liked the suite. spacious.

The hotel was remodeling the 2nd floor and lobby. The renovations did not affect me but were not ideal for the stay.

Centrally located for our needs. Easily accessible. breakfast room was great to gather as an extended family in the evenings. Modern rooms.

small little night stands on both sides of bed would be fantastic! More breakfast options would be great. Towel service was fine, but it would be better if housekeeping checked on replenishing toilet paper and kleenex daily. We had to ask for toilet paper twice. It was difficult to regulate the heat/AC in the room. It was either too hot or too cold, could not find a happy medium.
