A front desk that never tires of saying hello, welcome in, glad you're back, and available to answer any questions you might have. The breakfast is always great. The hotel has easy access to the ASU Campus, Shops, Malls, Eateries.. You name it.

Shower curtains need to be changed out. (Room 212) Toliet kept flushing through the night, probably just need a new onw (Room 212) Toliet itself is pretty low to the ground if you're 5'11/ 6ft tall it's tough getting up.

The bed was really comfortable. Room was really large. The breakfast is nice with a good variety of foods.

The TV didn’t work. I didn’t try to turn it on until a few days into my stay. I called the front desk to let them know and they said they’d have to get maintenance to fix it or I could move rooms. I stayed in the room but no one ever fixed the TV. Luckily, I had my tablet to watch. The AC was loud.

It looked like a new property. Everything was great. The rooms were very spacious and beds were comfortable. Pillows were great, staff was very friendly. Breakfast was wonderful. Very nice heated pool and hot tub. Very nice fitness room. Great location very quiet, even though it was right next to the highway. Very easy to get to the airport which was about 8 to 10 miles away. The river was behind it so you could walk down there

Everything was perfect! The staff were friendly, the room was really clean. The breakfast was good, and the hot cinnamon rolls were wonderful. The only issue for me was the Wi-Fi.

The downside was the extremely poor and unstable Wi-Fi connection, making it difficult to use the internet effectively. Additionally, there were noises from the highway. The window is facing the highway. If you are sensitive to noise, do not book rooms on the highway side.

The staff was amazing and friendly. The woman worker at the front desk somana??? She is AWESOME!!! A TRUE TREASURE. Holiday Inn is lucky to have her. And the Gentleman who also worked the counter Payne?? Was also AWESOME!!! 2 AMAZING WORKERS. IM NOT SURE if this is their correct names but they deserve recognition..... truly AWESOME...... WE WERE BLESSED TO HAVE MET THEM BOTH........

Our experience was great! The only complaint was breakfast, some of it sat and was old and when new brought in, the old was left in the tray, but this is just a minor detail.

I’m forever grateful for allowing the early check in as I was feeling a little under the weather so was able to get some extra leisure time in. I liked what I assume is a fairly recent remodeling of the hotel. liked the colour scheme choices

Great location for Tempe and the Airport. Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and clean and the quality of the breakfast was an unexpected bonus.

Not an issue for us but our room was quite near the road and you can hear traffic so very light sleepers might want to look at a different room option.

Location was great! Near Tempe Town Lake and ASU. It was very clean and felt comfortable. The breakfast was good. It has a good variety, though the pancake machine didn’t work, so it’s was basically little omelets, sausage, bacon, bananas, oranges, yogurt, bagels, toast, muffins, instant oatmeal, milk, juices... not super amazing, but certainly nice to have just there in the hotel and ready for you. We grabbed a couple things to snack on during the day—can’t beat that. They close the door promptly at the end of the time window, so don’t be late or you’ll miss it! The girl that checked us in was super pleasant (it was almost 1am because our flight was rerouted through another airport due to stormy weather). She could tell it was a long day and offered us a complimentary snack from their little store. The staff helped quickly with our other requests during the few days of our stay. We also liked the elevator :)

There was no hook for the hand towel in the bathroom. There were airplanes flying over often which didn’t wake me up, but I noticed at times when we were already awake. If you’re a light sleeper, you may want to stay a little further away from the airport. No pool. We did smell drugs from a near by room, by only in the hallway. Our room smelled nice. Bed a little stiff for me personally, but husband was comfortable.

This hotel was a 1-night stay and was great for our needs after arriving in Phoenix at night. We were not here long enough to take advantage of the amenities. The staff was friendly and kind, and we were grateful that a standard breakfast was included.

It’s located close to ASU, the highway and not far from the airport. It was clean and they had a variety of options for breakfast.

Nothing, but they only had one working elevator so we had to wait our turn or take the stairs (rough with two babies).
