The staff were very friendly and welcoming. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. Parking in front of the hotel with a permit bought at the guest house was easy. The room was clean and comfortable. We greatly appreciated having a shower as opposed to a bath. The breakfast room was light and airy, and only soft music was played at a low volume. The breakfasts themselves were freshly prepared to order and delicious. Overall, very high standards. A pub recommendation for food was spot on. We went there on both evenings. On departure from Beach Front Guest House we were proactively asked if we were happy with everything - which is very important, yet certainly not a given in many places. Thank you for making us feel you genuinely cared about us as guests. Highly recommendable.

Staff were amazing and very welcoming, and my room was clean tidy. i was very happy with the teas and coffee. Actually, it is my favourite tea bag that I have at home, which was provided with some lovely biscuits. Breakfast was so nice, all fresh and local ingredients.

Just the stairs, but that can not be helped, I was informed of this before my stay, so if you have mobility issues, I would state that when you book as they do have a few rooms on the lower floor.

I was in Eastbourne for the airshow and this guest house/hotel was perfectly situated for it. Right on the seafront and close to peer. Lovely room and the staff were really helpful and friendly. Am hoping to go back there for the airshow next year.

I,I couldn't fault it really, however maybe put a chair in the room, save having to sit on the bed .overall l will still be giving it a ten out of ten.l had a great 3 days there.

Comfortable, tranquil,homely and yet very similar to a boutique hotel but a lot cheaper. Amazing hosts and staff are just very friendly, helpful and genuinely want to make you happy and go out of their way to do that. Breakfast was well cooked and plentiful, got extra items upon requests . Room is really beautiful and slept like a baby. Decor of the whole place just done with a lot of passion and very tastefully finished. Beautiful lounge area and seats in front overlooking the sea , very calming indeed to relax and enjoy and rejuvenate.

Could do with more vegetables and other alternatives for non meat eaters, but this is just a minor thing, did not put me off coming back again.

Room was very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. I chose not to have breakfast as I don't eat it and I was on for an early start (Selina was more than accommodating and asked if there was anything else she could offer but I politely declined). overall experience was seamless and will definitely use again if available on my next visit 100% .

nothing to note of my dislikes as overall experience was excellent. I only stayed for one night but felt comfortable and would recommend to colleagues when staying in Eastbourne again.

The breakfast was exceptionally good, and plentiful. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

There is no lift (we were informed inadvance) and carrying cases up 3 flights can be difficult. Also other visitors could be heard when using the stairs despite thick carpet Our 2 rooms were at the back. Whilst very comfy and clean we only had views into other houses windows, and roofs, it wasn’t a picturesque view. The area off the seafront and behind the guest house Is very run down.

The property was absolutely perfect for our stay, located on the seafront, with fantastic views and plenty of restaurants and cafes. The guesthouse was beautifully decorated, modern, comfortable and so clean. The breakfasts were amazing, so lovely to have such good freshly prepared food and so much choice! And Selena and her wonderful staff made our stay so memorable and comfortable and we will definitely be returning and totally recommending this wonderful guesthouse!

We had no issues at all with the guesthouse, it’s perfect. We booked a standard double which was perfect for this visit but would treat ourselves to a bigger room for our next stay!

The staff were lovely, from being greeted in a very friendly manner by Selina, to a farewell to the lady who cooked breakfast. The room was clean and they had made great use of a small space to get an ensuite in. There were lots of towels supplied and some lovely smelling shower gel. It was just a welcoming place altogether. We were given recommendations for restaurants (and a discount) and there were plenty of leaflets available for attractions in the area.

To us, the pillows were a bit overstuffed for comfort so I ended up sleeping without but that is purely personal.

We had a perfect stay at the Beach Front, the staff were so kind and friendly, we felt very welcome and relaxed. The hotel is very clean and fresh and in perfect condition. The location is extremely nice, right in front of the sea and the hotel is so so cute! We were able to pick up the key early as we were busy during the check in times and this was really great for us! Breakfast was delicious and freshly cooked to order. Parking available just round the corner for free. Couldn't fault anything at all, thanks to the whole team, especially Selina and the lovely staff at breakfast!!

Staff were very helpful and flexible allowing us to drop off our stuff before we checked in as we wanted to have a long walk on the South Downs before checking in. Similarly we were able to leave our stuff after checking out so we could walk again before heading home. The room and hotel was clean and in great condition and facilities were excellent.
