Omar was really nice and helpful. The day before my departure , I fell and twisted my ankle. Not only did he give me a hand with my luggage, but he also gave me a ride to the train station. He was a gentleman. The room was super clean, and there was courtesy tea and coffee. Close to many shops and the pier, where you can hop on and off the sightseeing bus that takes you to Seven Sisters. With your stay, you get a courtesy cocktail in a local bar, which unfortunately I didn’t use. I was on a budget, so it was the perfect place to stay.

Comfortable King bed (2 doubles under a flat sheet). Nicely laundered bed linen and a duvet neither too hot or too cold. Very clean. Powerful shower. Very pleasant manager. Good quality picture on the TV. Lovely room. Shops, cafes etc within a couple of mins and also 5 min walk to beach. I slept very well.

Had a really lovely stay. Very traditional seaside B&B. On arrival I had no television in my room but this was soon rectified by very friendly owners. No breakfast on site but a wonderful family run café in close proximity. The welcome and food were wonderful. I would definitely stay again xxx

As my room was at the rear of the property there was no view.

Clean, comfortable, excellent tea tray and toiletries considering the price. It's unusual to get biscuits in the room these days but pleasantly pleased to have 4! Nice sized room for a single.

It was nicely decorated and looked nice and clean but had a grubby old radiator on the wall that let it down a little bit. The toilet only had one very small light that made it quite dark.

My room was updated so I got a double bed. The check in was smooth although I didn't really meet the host.

The bathroom is small. No lift. The curtain can only cover some part of the room.

I would like to gratefully thank the host who came and helped me into the front door. He very kindly helped me with Wi-Fi, tv, tea and made sure I was ok. Thank you

Close to town centre, clean room, clean bathroom and toilet, comfortable bed, friendly staff, all in all great place to stay in I recommend this place to everyone.

Very gentle and available host. Nice room cleaned to perfection and large and comfy bed. I would recommend certainly, perfect position near all the attractions and means of transport

The family running this B&B were amongst the friendliest, nicest couple I have come across. Their establishment was very clean and it is obvious that they care very much that their customers enjoy their stay. It is not a 5 star place but that makes it all the more remarkable that you can get such great value for the cost. Bear in mind that you might have a few sets of stairs to climb, but as I was reminded "the exercise is good for you". I loved it here.
