Me and my partner booked this room last minute as we were on a day out and due to my disability I desperately needed somewhere to rest as wasn’t feeling great. We booked for the night but thankfully after a couple of hours I was feeling nice and refreshed and meant we could continue exploring the local area. I wasn’t expecting much as the price was low but honestly was so pleasantly surprised!! The bed was very very comfortable and the room had everything we needed and was very clean. The hotel itself was pleasant and has a nice lobby area and the gentleman on reception was very kind to us! It’s also in the perfect location just a stones throw away from the beach, such good value for money. We will definitely return if and when we come back this way. Thank you!

The staff were very nice and friendly told me everything i needed to know like their rules and how to get in after certain time etc. Was a lil late leaving room as woke up lil late(I blame the comfy beds) but they were so nice and helpful so great value for money.

They don't allow dogs which was abit annoying as i had to ask family to have my dog for the night...but that not really a bad thing about them just there hotel policy. The only annoying thing about the room was there was a fridge in the room but i couldn't get it to work ....

I had a nice, clean, good sized ensuite room with a fridge, TV, kettle, and excellent WiFi. The staff are also very helpful and accommodating here, the hotel has a lift, and is situated near the beach within a minute of the bandstand, just a few minutes walk of the pier, and with easy flat coastal and countryside walks all the way down to Beachy Head

Room is look small and only two socket point. I feel that price is £76.95; isn't right one because no breakfast or dinner . Urgent advise an hotel owner at bathroom need put shower mat avoid slip and light cord put need replace new

Excellent customer service from the manager Atif. Gave choice of rooms with upgrade to a studio room with cooking facilities which was a real bonus! Room spacious with good facilities and comfortable beds. Close to beach. Very pleasant stay

hospitable host.....an old hotel being updated..day parking ticket available to buy..reasonable size room..very good soundproofing ..new shower room..

TV had only Freeview channels (16) no national channels..eg: BBC, ITV, C5... Kettle did not stop at end boiling , resulting in very hot handle & switch ...had to turn it off manually (VERY HOT) Not enough shampoo ...only very small tube for 2 people

It was last minute booking just for one night. Busy long weekend and beautiful weather. We had not much choice and Hadleigh hotel offered everything we needed. Great location, bed and shower. Could be cheaper but it was busy weekend so it was okay in comparison to other places.

Rooms need updating, and breakfast would be nice if we stayed for longer. Otherwise ok

All was ok , strange people next door walking up the corridor every ten minutes all night, walls definitely a bit thin, lol
