We ABSOLUTELY Loved everything about this property!! Inside and outside!! Location great. Access in and out of property was good. All of your staff were so pleasant, friendly, and helpful. Everything was so CLEAN!! and that is a high priority with me. Breakfast was very nice. many things to choose from. The Breakfast Staff were awesome keeping everything filled, clean, and tidy! Very good coffee I must say even if it did come from a machine! all area Attractions were close by and easy to find. A must stay if you are in the area. I definitely will stay again. Also recommend! Also a small Bar inside that serves drinks and light appetizers!

This hotel is a good value with extra space in the room and a nice breakfast. The front desk staff was extremely friendly. I accidentally left a recipe at the front desk the first night. The next night, the woman from the front desk came to me while I was waiting for the elevator and asked if it was mine. She had a little note on it with my name on it, and somehow remembered my face when I walked by the lobby. It was nice to feel like someone was looking out for me.

Breakfast was really good.

Check in was slow. We were checking in late (10:45 pm) and had to wait about 10-15 until the lady could get the person in from of us checked in. She was having problems with his check in and had to keep asking the other staff person for help. The other person was counting money or something so we had to wait. I feel like the other staff person should have stopped and just checked us in.

This Inn is amazing!! From check-in to departure, everything was top notch. Jonathan at check-in was exceptional and very personable. Ms. Nancy, in charge of the breakfast setup (hot breakfast that's included with your stay) could not have been nicer. She was very good at making us feel welcome and made sure we had enough for breakfast. Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

Everyone was so nice and friendly. Especially the Inn staff, they were exceptionally helpful and nice. They made you feel like you were part of their family. Our room was so nice we had 2 queen beds, a couch and coffee table, plus a big bathroom. It was so nice and clean. The Appomattox Inn deserves a10 star if possible instead of just a 5 star hotel. Plus, everything you wanted to see was very close to the Appomattox Inn and Suites. That is a big plus for getting to see everything.

The Room was large and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety of hot food (eggs, sausages, biscuits & gravy), cold food (yogurt, cereal, bagels, muffins), and a waffle maker. The first-floor Bar had a nice selection and very fair prices.

We had a discrepancy and were accidentally double-billed for our room. It took several days and emails to get it straightened out, but they fixed things without hassle... so I guess that almost a plus.

We had some very friendly maids and I am saying couple because we had two different ones that stopped to see if we needed anything. Room was good. The breakfast was good.

I have COPD and there was a very strong deodorizer smell when you go through the lobby. It really made it hard for me to breathe. I am not sure why it has to be so overwhelming. You might want to think of people like me when using these things.

A clean comfortable hotel very near the Historical park and a short drive to food. The Taco Wagon is highly recommended. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfy. Decent workout room and laundry facilities which helped out.

Nothing really. This is likely the premier place to stay in Appomattox

Good location, super close to the Civil War museum and Appomattox Courthouse. The place looks like it was all recently renovated. Our room was big, comfy, and clean. The bathroom was really nice with a wonderful walk-in shower. The kids and I loved the pool!! The staff were all friendly and welcoming. Would stay here again if I'm back in the area.

I think everything here was excellent. There are no words to describe the cleanliness and comfort. One if the best hotels I've ever stayed in.

The only thing I didn't like was, I put a do not disturb on my door so that I could sleep in and the staff were in the hallways talking very loud and laughing and disrupted my sleep.
