The only problem was the reception/entrance of the building, hard to find. Pls take note, reception was located at 17th floor. Go there straight.

I recently stayed at a rooftop apart-hotel in Yerevan, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and eager to help with anything I needed. The check-in process was smooth and efficient. The Hotel itself was spacious, modern, and exceptionally clean. It had all the amenities I could ask for – a well-equipped kitchenette, comfortable bed, fast Wi-Fi, and even a washing machine, which was a nice bonus for a longer stay. The location was perfect – close to the city center, yet tucked away just enough to feel peaceful. Within walking distance, I found great restaurants, cafes, and a few local markets. It made exploring Yerevan both easy and enjoyable. A special mention goes to Liana, who was incredibly helpful throughout my stay. She speaks very good English, which made communication easy, and she was always quick to respond to any questions or requests. Her friendly and professional approach really made a difference.

The hotel apartment is very spacious and clean, has a kitchen with stove and fridge, has a washer for cloths, staff are very friendly and helpful, breakfast was great, location was right at the center of the city where all the attractions are located. One of the best if not the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

It was difficult to find the entrance and reception area at first because guests need to go to 17th floor to check in and these instructions were not provided in advance.

Located in one of the areas I like it in Yerevan, Amiryan street and close to a very nice park just in front of hotel, where you can feel the great vibe of Yerevan nights and enjoy eating in restaurants like Kytoor which is one of my favorites. SAS, City and Zovq stores are just in a walking distance in Mashtots and also Tumanyan where you can change and buy whatever you need 24/7. Our little Shih Tzu dog was with us in this trip, whenever I left my wife, my son and our dog in the hotel, the friendly staff were always supportive. The hotel lobby is located in 17th floor, very quiet, great sound isolation for each room, equipped with whatever you might need in a small apartment. Breakfast was served at requested time in the room with a very good quality. I enjoyed this hotel more than any other hotel I tried in Yerevan and I definitely recommend it to families traveling there.

We enjoyed staying here so booked it again on the way back. Location - great, not in the very heart of Yerevan but close to everything. Apartment was cozy and clean, wi fi worked great, staff was friendly and helpful (have met only such people in Yerevan). The view is interesting - you can see the historical change in architecture from small dilapidating houses through creative ideas of locals to embellish housing to contemporary almost skyscrappers) And if you are lucky you'll have an astonishing view of the mountains. Downstairs there's a pizzeria we enjoyed. In 6min walk and you'll find a great place to have breakfast (WorkSpace on Pushkin street) By the way, the hotel accepts MIR

On our second visit the room had a slight smell of smoking. Either it came through the vent or stayed there forever from previous tenants. Not horrible but a bit unpleasent

Love the location, everything is at walking distance from the hotel. The room was spacious with a lot of amenities, including a washing machine. My room was at the top most floor with clear view of Mt. Ararat. Breakfast spread was good with vegetarian options. During the day, the room was flooded with sunlight, giving use respite from cold weather. Room was equipped with kitchen, allowing us to cook whatever we wanted. The wifi speed was good, supporting work from hotel. The receptionist and breakfast lady were really sweet and helpful.

The Rooftop Apart-hotel hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to the city center and historical sites. The surrounding area was also filled with a variety of restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, catering to the needs of tourists. I must say that booking my stay through Booking.com was one of the best choices I've made. I am completely satisfied with the services provided by Booking.com, the Rooftop Apart-Hotel, and most importantly, the hotel reception staff. All of them were very kind, generous, and responsible.

The hotel did not have a designated breakfast area, so every morning at 9 o'clock, breakfast was served in the room. In my opinion, it would be better if breakfast was served within a time frame that allowed guests to eat at a time that suits their schedule. Although the cleaning crew did a good job, they sometimes forgot to replenish certain cleaning supplies.

We liked everything about this place. Location - Centrally located walkable to most of Yerevan's attractions. Breakfast - gets served at the room and it was simply wonderful. Staff (Liana, Robert, Narek, Nvard, Gevorg and Lyuba) - are friendly, professional and go out of their way to help. Good restaurants around the hotel, If you are with children there is a beautiful park just outside the hotel. It was easy communicating with the hotel on WhatsApp and they are quick to respond. The hotel apartment is located on the 17th floor may look narrow but rooms are nice and we had one with a balcony which had a beautiful view of the city. The hotel is accommodating and flexible they allowed us to change our booking at the last minute. Highly recommended to all. Yerevan is all about history, food, cafe's and good people - You will find it around this hotel.

Rooms are spacious and with a great view.Very nice stuff. Great location! A washing machine is a nice bonus for long stays and hand luggage Everything is very clean and new, beds are comfy and towels are soft.

Breakfast is brought to the room, the food was always tasty but the buffet option is a winner in this mental competition. You only get one cup of coffee, I rather start functioning after 2 of this size. The walls and doors are rather thin, you can hear people in the corridors and sometimes the neighbors. The air conditioner did not make my room much colder but I did not ask for help so maybe it was just a dumb me.

The hotel is centrally located and very close to all the main sights, supermarkets, restaurants and bars. We loved the fact that breakfast was served in the room. The cleanliness is excellent. Finally, big thanks goes to Gevorg at the reception, who eagerly and effectively helped us with a problem we had just before departure from Yerevan. His customer service and sense of helping really stood out and we like to thank him for the help provided.
