Breakfast was served up until 10.30. Great choice of continental, juices etc. staff so attentive taking tea and coffee orders and came back regularly checking I had everything I needed. Location is great. Main Street with lots of shops around. Great parking just out the back. This hotel is far bigger than it looks from the front street. It can accommodate you if you’re simply meeting a friend for coffee to providing you with a wonderful function room for any size celebration with good quality food and very friendly service. While I was there Ireland suffered the biggest storm it had seen since 1945. The staff worked together to ensure many of the local community were fed and looked after due them all losing power in their homes while the hotel could use its generators. Such an impressive and caring team!

I was only there two nights and I could not complain about anything

The hotel is right in the town centre with a large carpark at the back perfect if you are travelling by car. The receptionist was very welcoming and filled us in on everything we needed to know. Although our room was small it was nicely decorated and was fine for one night. Excellent lighting in the bathroom. Lovely breakfast with very many choices and most importantly we were served by a very helpful young server, not asked to make our own tea!

Everything we needed was there no complaints everything was delicious friendly staff we were all full for the day will be recommending to family and friends to pay a visit no hurry while we were having our breakfast

Nothing everything was provided we didn’t have to ask for anything maybe look at dining we had to wait a long time for our dessert menu and then for someone to come and take our order but otherwise everything was excellent

The location was great! Right on the middle of town.The breakfast was beyond good. A real Irish breakfast cooked to your liking. The staff were So friendly and attentive. The girl at the buffet remembered our room numbers the second morning. Now that’s pretty attentive . Absolutely a joyful place to stay. The bar was very nice and again the service was always with a smile and conversation. I really can’t say enough about how pleasurable our stay was. There were four of us and we all loved the place. It’s a family owned place and they aim to please and make your stay the best it can be.

I enjoyed the breakfast. It had good selection of food. The toast was made as soon as I requested it and tea.toast was hot. I didnt get a fry up as it wouldn't agree with me so I cant comment on that.

Well obviously I booked at the last minute. So I had to climb stairs to get to my room. It was second last room available. Just a bit awkward getting bags up the stairs.

I liked the fact my room was ready when I arrived and was pleasant the receptionist was very kind and carried my bags and took me up to the room, also she arranged for me to have a sandwich in my room as I was tired, she booked me into the restaurant for dinner, and it too was pleasant and I had a nice meal, without having to go out. I liked that I was able to make tea in my room. Breakfast started at 7.30 am, so I was able to make an early start, the breakfast was also good. My car would not start but there was a hotel handy man in the carpark who looked like a wizard with a long flowing grey beard. My car magically started for him! So all in all a good stay..

Staff very friendly , welcoming and helpful. Attended a family birthday celebration and stayed overnight . Room clean, hot shower ( during recent storm and power cuts) Celebration meal and breakfast was delicious . Enjoyed our first time here and wish it had been longer !

In future maybe refresh the decor as looking a bit tired in parts .

Great breakfast. Being able to have a late breakfast is very important to me and also a late check out. This hotel provided both.

Room was cold when i went to bed and got too hot later that night. For this reason my sleep was interupted. This will not stop me from staying again. The rest of the services made up for it.

Absolutely brilliant! We arrived late 12.30am and we were offered some sandwiches to take up to our room which was a nice touch after traveling so late and missing dinner. After unpacking I noticed a hole in my jacket I called rececption asking if they had a needle and thread some one came to the room within minutes with some. Couldn't fault this hotel!

Customer service was excellent. Tomas the owner was very involved with his staff, hands on and unbelievably helpful. The food, drinks, and location were perfect. The guys at the bar were very friendly. Parking was readily available.

Leaving! It was so good that we would return.
