Location is nice. It's not far from bus stop and located on the village main street. Everything needed is located not far from the hotel. The breakfast was delicious though it wasn't so reach (it's budget hotel, so no problem). The room was the right size and had everything I needed, even a TV set with local and European channels. Wifi worked well and the room was clean and tidy.

To my regret the heater worked only in bathroom, so I had to keep door open during the night to let warm air from there go to the room. But there were nice and warm blankets, so I slept well all the nights.

Great location, offers standard rooms without frills but excellent value. Lovely restaurant (we were half board and ate really well). Helpful & friendly & hardworking staff.

A ski locker would have been helpful and access to a kettle. The radiators worked really well but made the rooms very hot. Rooms could do with a refresh and update to decor and furniture. Overall you get a basic but fit for purpose room for good value.

Exceeded our expectations. Friendly and helpfull staff. Spotless clean hotel. Comfy bed. Very good food (croissants for breakfast and vege options for dinner- thank you :) We definitely recived more than what we paid for

An extremely clean hotel with very friendly staff. The breakfast was very good with good variety and frequently replenished. They visited the room every day to clean, empty bins and replace towels if necessary.

The room was not big enough for 3 people and there was not enough room to store clothes and cases. The climb to and from the 3rd floor was hard work with cases as there is no lift.

Perfect position in proximity to the main ski lift, approx 100m away.

The buffet breakfast needs some work. It’s ok, but if you like your coffee, probably best go to the coffee shop next door.

Breakfast, although you have to arrive early to have all options. Halfboard food is decent. Dogs allowed.

Room was way too hot, and apparently there was no way to regulate the temperature. A technician had to come to set it to a certain temperature with a wrench...

Good breakfast, excellent location. Stayed 2 nights

First day had a nice welcome for breakfast, next day was not the same! Some minor details in the room could be improved e.g. light switch on bed at the same height as pillows, old taps so water flow was erratic!

Breakfast was fine but a speedier toaster would be good. My son did not rave about his cheese and ham toasties! The room and the bathroom were perhaps small but big enough and the staff were really helpful and considerate.

Great location to Gondola 1 min walk , located near to bars and restaurants, Basic, clean ,warm hotel no frills no spills , continental breakfast had a great choice 👌

No Hotels fault but if you slept with window open could hear people returning from pubs & road noise .

A simple hotel in Arinsal. Downstairs dining room and adjacent bar area were pleasant and welcoming. Staff were friendly. Bedroom looked out over the river (other side faces road), which was in flood but good "white" noise at bedtime. Water took a long time to come through but was hot.

Couldn't make the tv work, but we were barely in our room so it didn't bother us, nor did we ask for it to be sorted.
