During a recent stay at the property, I booked a Junior Suite with Balcony located on the 6th floor. The room was spacious and filled with natural light, featuring a generously sized balcony offering impressive views of both Hram Svetog Save and Slavija Square. The breakfast buffet provided a well-curated selection, including fresh fruits, granola, various meats, cheeses, and eggs. Additionally, staff members were attentive in accommodating individual dietary preferences or specific requests, demonstrating flexibility and consideration.

While the stay was highly satisfactory, a potential improvement for future visits could be an update to the in-room entertainment system, specifically, the inclusion of German-language TV channels and the ability to mirror content from an iPhone to the television.

The whole team, stuff was just amazing! Unbelievably friendly all over the stay! Guys at the reception, bell boys, Sanja at breakfast-you all made our stay unforgettable. The complementary mini bar and coffee and juice by the check up is not a big deal for the hotel, but was so much appreciated by us! The most friendly team we have met during our last stays all over the world! I guess I was the most frequent driver and the guys had to take my car out from the garage sometimes 3 times a day, as well as put it down again, but not a single time they showed that they were not happy with that ;) we will come back for sure!

I strongly recommend this hotel, which has an excellent location and is located in a very quiet street

I booked a classic single room, which was fine but too small. So I requested and paid for an upgrade to an executive room. Even though breakfast was supposed to be complimentary with this upgrade, and I only had just one breakfast at the buffet, they charged me 20 euros per day for breakfasts that I didn't had.

Located in a beautiful quiet street with green trees, simply stunning. The hotel was super clean and the beds soft and comfortable. The breakfast was fresh and tasty each day. The hotel staff so lovely and warm. The location is convenient and you can everywhere. Would love to visit again someday.

The overall hotel experience exceed my expectations. Beautiful room, pleasant restaurant area with great food choice on the menu. Special mention should be made to the fantastic staff throughout the hotel, it’s a wonderful service especially at the reception desk. The Hotel is an absolut recommendation, it has been a great pleasure being guest at the Saint Ten hotel once again and I definitely look forward to coming back.

The experience you will have at this hotel will make you feel completely at home. Everyone who works treats you like one of your family. I've never been welcomed this warmly before. We would also like to special thanks to Manager Mr Boris for his close attention. I look forward to coming to Belgrad again and staying at this hotel again. Soundproofing between rooms could be better.

The hotel is very nice, and the staff are pleasant. Room service works perfectly.

We had a room with a view of the dirty roof of the neighboring building; in my opinion, the hotel should offer such rooms at a significant discount. The cleanliness of the shower was not good; there were visible signs of mold, and the toilet seat was not properly attached.

Usually we like to visit new places, try different hotels, but after visiting Saint Ten - one is sure. Next time I visit Belgrade, Saint Ten will be my place to stay. Cosy, homy, welcoming, great service, delicious food, helpful stuff..., everything you need to have pleasant stay/holidays.

Wery nice location, design and managment, excluding junior personal - they can be more attantive. But all staff was wery friendly

Housekeeping staff need in upgreating skills. Spa is whery small. Sometimes breakfast bar was empty long before breakfast time ended

Location is perfect and breakfast is very good. Not a huge choice but definitely enough. Staff is extremely nice and helpful. Definitely one of the best hotels in Belgrade.

They take your car to the garage but it's hard to find free place in front of the hotel where to stop upon your arrival. I've missed holders for towels and Nespresso capsule are only two of the kind, that should improve.
