The location was conveniently located, the hotel was clean and inviting, the beds were super comfortable the air conditioner worked it's magic, and the pool was great! And next door to the Amazing Lenny's Restaurant, Best Breakfast in Clearwater! I will be a repeat customer!

the parking lot is very well lit and the parking is very close easy check in and check out . Yashvi helped us at the front desk her attitude and customer service is wonderful such a sweetheart!!! the room was so cold so yes the air here works wonderful the location is excellent close to everything. I saw a lot of bad reviews but our stay was wonderful.we saw no bugs at all ,people need to quit being so judgmental and complaining if your going to pay the price they charge for a quick place to sleep shower and go then just enjoy .

Close to the places I needed to be Right by a restaurant Clean room , no dust, dirt, bugs or spider webs. Affordable Pool and area clean

Only thing I could find was the pillows could be replaced. They were well worn.

Excellent front desk staff, very professional & accommodating. This hotel is much better than the Clearwater Hotel! The location is very accessible to the bus stops and Baycare (Phillies) Ball Park. There are many places to dine & shop within a mile of walking.

I don't have any complaints about this property. Any issues are immediately resolved by the front office staff.

Clean comfortable nice TV and lots of channels

I made an online reservation and it took 30 minutes for staff to show up but he was nice. Then had to switch rooms the TV didn't work in the first room so I lost an hour of my stay which the purpose was to watch a movie and go-to sleep I had to skip the movie.

I have stayed at Terrace Garden a multitude of times for the last year and a half…The location is perfect and close to the beach, has a yummy breakfast selection and very comfortable and safe rooms…They have completely renovated the place and it’s so beautiful…The staff is very helpful and friendly…oh there’s also a nice pool to relax by with grills…I highly recommend this place for your stay in Clearwater!

I was a little unsure of the hotel based on other reviews, but i thought it was nice for the price. Beds were comfy, staff was friendly, and the pool was really nice. i would stay here again.

There wasn’t much to the breakfast. Just basic things but i can tell they are going through changes and getting better. also some features in the room were a little outdated but nothing too bad :)

Not allowing to book and pay now , especially under circumstances where you don't always have the card the booked the room , but other hotels allow it and they did 2 weeks ago,then changed the policy...

Key system for room I stayed in had to get my card renewed each night when got back and I kept the key separate from electronic & magnetic devices after 1st time had to go to front desk for this problem

I loved how close it was to everything that we had planned and I loved how the price was ‘

The rooms could’ve been better. They had holes in the wall, rips in the paint and somewhat dirt on the floor and stains on the sheets.
