Clean, good value for money for Hamburg although it was slightly out of the city centre. Just over a 5 minute walk to the S bahn.

When I arrived in the evening there was a smell of stale cigarette smoke in the bathroom which steadily got worse during the night and the following morning, even with running the extractor fan running I couldn't get rid of it. I've noticed this before in other B & B hotels and I suspect the problem is something to do with the ventilation system for the toilet pulling in air from other rooms. Not good for a non smoker like myself.

Breakfast was decent, you have to pay extra, though. The staff was top notch, very helpful, very friendly. Highlight of our stay! I liked the simplicity of the room, the beds were comfy. Everything was clean.

I would appreciate if you can put a kettle and a small fridge in the room. Those were the only two things I missed. Maybe it was in the decription of the room, when I was booking it. If yes, then my bad.

Breakfast was good, WIFI Ok, clean hotel, big bathroom and looks fresh & newly refurbished. Good underground parking, per car reserved parking number, but limited parking places. Lucky, we got one without any earlier reservation.

Parking is tricky. To access the garage, you need to take from reception a special parking card which must be returned on departure (after taking out the car from garage).

Clean and spacious room for a family of four. Perfect for a one-night stay. Breakfast had good value for money. Free parking was available close by. BUS station (for the BUS line to Hamburg City Center) was just in front of the hotel.

Due to a National Holiday, it was supper busy in the hotel. Because of this, our room was not ready from the time stated on the Booking site. We had to wait an additional hour for the room to be cleaned and ready for us. The location of the kitchen for breakfast is literally in the main Hotel hallway. Not very hygienic and quite busy in the morning.

Great location, close to S-Bahn. Simple check-in and -out. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable room, not too tiny. Very nice breakfast: delicious coffee, bread, cheese, etc. All you need for a perfect short stay.

The view was not quite picturesque, right into the windows of the opposite building, but this is totally not a problem when you work all day and come back to your hotel to sleep.

The hotel exceeded all my expectations with its excellent service and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and impeccably clean, which made my stay even more enjoyable. I will definitely return and recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

There are no power outlets near the bed. Everything else was fine.

Nice location close to Ottensen, quiet even though close to a big road. The room met my expectation and had all the equipment I needed (including AC).

Not something I disliked but suggestion for improvement: Provide access to proper coffee (ectra charge) even for those not booking full breakfast.

The staff is extremely helpful, welcoming and understanding. They addressed our requests immediately (we were in Hamburg for the marathon and had particular requests). Tobias Schindler in particular was extremely nice and accommodating, we couldn’t thank him enough. We would definitely stay again in this hotel.

I thought the hotel was exceptional except for the last night a group of young people in rooms 2nd floor were running up and down the corridor to 1.15am I did speak with them several times eventually they settled down. The staff and facilities were excellent.

Room was clean, location is good with connections and had a decent breakfast.

Parking was not very convenient. There are limited spots in front of the Hotel and the parking on the by roads were free. However, if you retrun to the hotel late finding parking is difficult.
