Very quiet and comfortable room close to the seafront and city centre. There is a tram station nearby and plenty of buses if your feet get tired.

Occasionally, we could hear noise from upstairs room. It sounded like they were dropping things on the hard floor. There was a small raised platform in the room between the entrance and the sleeping area. We were concerned that we might trip over it at night going to the bathroom (we didn't!).

It’s a cute and eco friendly hotel 5 minutes away from the Promenade des Anglais and the sea, the room had everything that a solo traveler would need. The staff were very friendly, they provided a beach towel on the sunny days and an umbrella on the rainy days. They put a delicious croissant at the door in the morning which I found very hospitable and a good way to start your day.

There isn’t anything that I didn’t like specifically but somethings to note: The walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the other rooms (toilet flush, showers, music… etc) so if you are a light sleeper bring some ear plugs. The single occupancy room that I booked is small so in case you need more space book another room. The bed wasn’t comfortable at all… it felt like the mattress was titled which really hurt my neck. The WiFi on my floor (top floor) didn’t work properly I was connected to my cellular data most of the time.

This is a small hotel, so things are a bit different (e.g., one of the employees' English was not good but luckily I speak some French so we managed fine). As others have pointed out, the breakfast that is included with the price is a croissant, and I was fine with that- but if someone expects a large buffet then it may not be ideal for them. I just wanted to state this to manage expectations. Having said that, for me the hotel was wonderful. I often sleep badly in hotels, because the beds tend to be so hard. But this bed was so comfortable! The rooms were clean, the staff very helpful, and the location was great too (just a few min from the beach and also not too far from public transportation). I enjoyed my stay and definitely recommend it.

The staff were very helpful in giving me tips for things to do around the area, what beaches and restaurants they recommended and just open to answering to any questions I had overall during my stay. The location was perfect - right around the corner from the beach and a ~15 minutes walk from the train station. Other hotels I had looked at before I found this one were almost double in price so it was a great deal with even better service <3

I had no issues, and overall liked everything from the services, to the location, to the rooms. I am very petite so the room size didn't bother me at all but maybe the shower size for example may be difficult for someone who is very tall. But again, for the location, great service & staff, and clean rooms - I think this hotel is definitely worth it.

Comfortable stay in a French apartment building. The best part of my stay here was engaging with the staff. They are always available to assist, staff is present in the front office round the clock, and very courteous. Location is good as it is just few steps from the Promenade, and about a 10-minute walk to Avenue Jean Medecin, Place Massena and the old town.

While the hotel is a short walk to Place Massena and Promenade de Anglais, the hotel is situated behind a church where a few homeless people stay/sleep, on the same side of the road where the hotel is. There is a stench, and a bit uncomfortable to walk along that side. I just crossed over to the other side of the road to avoid that area outside the hotel.

I am very glad that I stayed at this hotel. It's hard to find a better place for my solo holiday in Nice. The location is good in a safe area and next to the waterfront. The single room is very comfortable and cosy, with a spacious bed, fridge, tea and coffee maker. Liquid soap and shampoo are presented in reusable dispensers. Very comfortable bathroom. Great view from the window on a quiet street. I slept great at night. And every morning a fresh croissant was waiting for me on the doorknob. The air conditioner was not directed to the bed. But I would like to give a special mention to the wonderful people who work here and who made my vacation really perfect. Fabio and Barbara are extremely hospitable and always ready to help. Be sure to follow their recommendations. Thank you very much for my wonderful holidays in Nice. I will gladly return to you again.

The hotel is in a historical building and has retained some of its original features, which is adorable. My room had everything I needed. I loved the coffee making facility and option of pods. I was also pleasantly surprised at the mini fridge to keep my own items in, e.g., yoghurt, sandwich ingredients. The location is conveniently close to the tram, buses, beach, supermarkets, cafes/restaurants and supermarkets as well as places of interest and parks. Further afield, a variety of options are available to add to your intinerary, if you don't mind the walk. Staff and cleaning staff were friendly and welcoming and at the ready to assist with queries.

It would have been nice to have an accompanying piece of fruit, a chocolate or biscuit with the tea and coffee in the room at check in/on arrival.

The staff were very very friendly and helpful, they even cared enough to put a croissant by the door every morning. The room was good and very close to the beach, about a 5 minute walk. I probably could not have asked for better.

My room did not at all look like the picture. It wasn't a bad room, in fact it was perfect for a simple one person stay. It just wasn't the room I thought I was getting, much smaller. It was a bit expensive for how small the room was, but I suppose the location makes up for that.

Location was excellent, less than 5 minutes to the promenade and a wide variety of restaurants to suit all tastes. The room was clean and comfortable. Receiving free croissants every morning was a lovely touch, simple but made us feel very welcome. Fabio and the staff were superb, always attentive and nothing was too much trouble. Fabio deserves a special mention as he provided excellent tips on getting around, what to see, the public transport system and of course some fabulous local restaurants (eat at Bistro Dalpozzo, a Fabio recommendation, if you get a chance, we ate there on our 1st night and also on our last night).

One extremely rude and ignorant Manager at Cafe Renee on the Promenade, overpriced drinks and awful service so avoid at all costs.

Great location near the tram stop that goes directly to the airport and is within walking distance from the promenade and other tourist sites. I had a single room which was small, but okay for one person. Room was clean with nice fixtures and a cute view of the church next door.

The hot water in the shower didn't last long and better sound proofing is needed. I could hear other guests in the hallway. Also, there is no elevator, which was fine for me but could be an issue for those with limited mobility or lots of luggage.
