The room itself was very clean, and i didn't see one bug (which is always a plus!). It was very spacious and i appreciated the extra space in the kitchen area. The bed was comfortable, and the shower was always hot. The location was easy to find, felt safe, and i loved the added security of having a gate and gate code to get in.

It was a bit noisy a few of the nights i was there after 10pm, which i assumed was quite hours, there was a couple of screaming kids running by my room as i was trying to go to bed. I turned up the A/C to mask the noise. I also was under the impression that coffee/tea was served every morning between 6-10, and i went down around 7am and there was no coffee/tea, no biggie, i just had to get coffee elsewhere but it would have been nice to save a trip.

I stayed at this hotel for 8 nights last month. It's located about 18 kilometers from San Diego Airport. Please note, they don’t have a 24-hour reception, so guests need to call ahead to confirm their expected arrival time. The hotel provides free coffee and hot water in the room opposite the front desk. There’s also a hot tub and pool available for guests. The atmosphere is social, and I found the staff to be friendly and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend this place — it’s clean, has great service, and offers excellent value for the price.

The friendly staff at the front desk. The fact that i didn't need the blanket that i usually get before going to the suite because there was actually one on the bed. Whoever made the bed deserves a raise, promotion and 'Employee Of The Year'. i usually have to make it up over again because the sheets aren't tucked all the way in at the foot of the bed, but not this time. The bed itself felt like a cloud which gave me the best sleep i've had in a long time. Words are too weak to describe how much i enjoyed my stay and how forward i look to checking in again. 💯

The staff was friendly. They were super helpful and cheerful.

The walls are very thin, the cabinets and drawers have been painted over so many times you couldn’t open them. The tub was dirty, the knob for the cold water was kind of broken so you had to push in hard and turn (kind of tricky. The walkway upstairs is halfway done with exposed wood planks, concrete was poured but it wasn’t finished, you could also see the metal screen sheet exposed. The heat/ac is on the wall and so high I had to stand on a chair to work it. The parking lot needs to be repaired, it was very broken up and bumpy.

The venue was great coffee iin a setting off the office lobby toazters tables abd counter space if a group of travelers or family members could conjigate and assemble every morning noon or nite time Coffee was available when office was open meaning to 10 or 11 when the nite window becomes active . The wide screen tv options was particularly exviting the landscape and walking path on grounds was intersting with a nice water fountain at the front inside the complex and gated entrances had the feeling safety and security. Day time securitu was a plus knowung it is safe for children and families . Parking lot night watchmen also brought a more relaxing visit . And the day staff maid servuce are phenominal . Cant say enough about the home away from home vibe and comfortable setting involvef thetr / thank ypu

Maybe asking too much but sound proof rooms would be cool cause sometimes i felt i might be disturbing the neighbor with a late night evening

The area is a great location for travel of any kind. The Hotel is located by freeways and has bus stops right on corner and can take you to the trolley 10 min away. Great for San Diegos major attractions. Gated community with pool, spa and complementary daily newspaper. On site laundry rooms have air and heat with a refrigerator and microwave along with a functioning kitchen. There are several restaurants near of all likings. Great value and location for a pretty cool hotel.

The location was close to freeway access, the pool was nice to use and it was great to have extra linens available for guests to use. There was also coffee, tea and water for the guests to use throughout the day too. The room was spacious with a walk-in closet and had a mini fridge with a microwave which was nice.

The room was dated with well loved carpets and the bathroom toilet needed to be fixed but it was functional. The TV was too small for the room and the AC unit was pretty loud but overall these were minimal since we were out most of the day.

Room was clean and functional, beds firm enough for good sleep. Good microwave and small refrigerator, 2 burner cooktop. Linens and towels available in the lobby so could pick those up when needed. Maid service is upon request. Access to rooms through lobby or combination gate for some security. Very friendly and helpful staff (this is my second extended stay, 9 days 7 years ago, 9 days this time) and customer service was wonderful. Very convenient access to 805 freeway, great central location for all San Diego area.

No freezer in the refrigerator, would be great if they had a continental breakfast. Zero kitchen utensils, you must bring all your own utensils, pots/pans, plates etc. Be aware one sink serves the bathroom and kitchen area, so it is small.

Clean and well maintained rooms, great location with lots of great restaurants nearby you can walk to without having to rely on a car. The room rates are excellent for the value you get.

The room descriptions make it seem like the suites have two rooms but in fact there are two double beds in one room. This should be clarified better in the description.

The place was clean but it is run down it needs a lot of work the AC unit didn't really work and it was taped down to try to keep it close. the window opened but it was facing the front street and it was very noisy.
