The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable nice pool area.

Breakfast was horrible, the host let people in without any seats available. The waffle station was in a horrible place and didn't work right same with the toaster to get toast you had to use it 3 times on full setting and the area was always messy Very cluttered not enough options no fruit besides apples...horrible coffee no options on creamer.. The reception staff felt like they didn't want to be there. I asked twice if i could get my shower gel filled since it was empty upon arrival and that never happened in the 5 nights.

I liked how clean it was! I loved the the 24 hour indoor pool and spa! I loved the breakfast buffet and I thought the staff was really nice!

I did not like the 4 pm check in. I didn't like that you can't leave your stuff there especially when you are already in town. I didn't like the we may or may not give you the $250 deposit back for bringing your dog. This deterred me from bringing my dog when I really wanted too and you charge $40 a night for something that isn't occupying a bed or eating your food! Also my TV didn't work right the first two days I was there!!!

Comfortable rooms. Staff at breakfast was very friendly. Pool was nice. Enjoyed the movie nights with free popcorn. My daughter got a free coloring book at check in.

One staff member at the desk was a little rude and did not follow through with one of our requests like we asked. Disappointed the hot tub was not working. Breakfast was the same every morning. Would be nice to change it up a little.

The breakfast was great. The bed was great. Had USB chargers and a refrigerator.

The indoor swimming pool was cold my wife could not swim in it because it was too cold.

The lobby was very nice and the location was great! The room we were in had recently been remodeled to include new flooring. Room was spacious snd the walk-in shower with glass doors was nice.

It’s in the middle of the upgrade and some parts are 1/2 completed

There is nothing heated about the pool. It’s freezing. Room was never cleaned while we were there. We had to get towels from the front desk and take out our own trash.

Comfy beds. Very clean. Good breakfast.

Refrigerator was not keeping thing xold. Some charging ports did not work.

This is my second time going to pigeon forge and this is my second time at The ramsey hotel. I love love the location, they have free breakfast, most of the staff are nice. Book this hotel, you’ll not regret it!!! 5 star!!! 🫶🏼

I didn’t have a really good experience checking in. I tried to ask the front desk name bailey if i can change the room to a higher level floor since she gave me a first floor cause i want to have a good view for my toddler. But she look annoyed as soon as i ask her. So i was like “nevermind, i’ll just keep it” i was a little disappointed that our view from our room was a dumpster. She can’t tell me it’s fully book cause they have tons of empty room as i was looking outside. It’s okay though, all in all my experience in this hotel are good! I’ll still come back! 👍🏼

The room was great and very comfortabl and quiet. The facility is well-maintained. The lobby is open and spacious with places just to sit and relax. The breakfast area was quite large and accommodating to the number of people.

The pool area was very nice but the pool itself was cold to be an indoor pool. It would have been nice for the water to be warmer and to have another hot tub available as most people went for the warmer water of the hot tub.

The staff was excellent, I loved all the chairs and couch around the lobby and hallways that you could just sit in, loved that they had a covered smoking area. Breakfast was so good and had so many choices. Pool and hot tub looked extremely inviting and made me wish I had brought my suit

The shower, the doors didn't close well and wish there was a tub. Wish it had more lighting in room
