The beds were very large and comfortable, and the bedding was soft. The room was very spacious and the TV had plenty of channels, including some movie channels. The rooftop bar was reasonably priced, had a generous happy hour in the evenings and had a fantastic view over Da Nang.The pool is big enough to have multiple people in and offers stunning views out to sea. Staff were exceptionally polite and accommodating, and many of them remembered us throughout our visit, remembering which drinks we liked and when we were due to check out. The laundry service offers exceptional value and our large washing bag was turned around within the day. We were also able to get an iron from reception during our stay. As the hotel is a 20 minute walk along the beach from the main tourist area, we enjoyed peaceful evenings and mornings without honking and loud music. Soundproofing (both internal and external) was excellent. Breakfast was sublime, with plenty on offer for vegetarians. We didn't eat lunch once whilst we were in Da Nang, since breakfast was so substantial. We both each had the Le Sands signature massage, which (whilst on the firm side) was a pleasant experience delivered by professional staff in a calm and relaxing atmosphere, at amazing value. We would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel, and will come back in the future.

The only reason I’m not giving this property an excellent review is because during checkout they made us wait before leaving to check our room claiming that they need to check if we forgot anything. Now if we did forget something that is our problem. I believe the real reason is they want to check if guests stole something. Since I haven’t read that they did this with others I’m taking this personally. If you want to advertise yourself as a four star hotel, you shouldn’t behave this way. If guests do take anything from the establishment the credit card is on file, you can just charge them.

Very clean. Great water pressure for hot showers. Had a 2 twin size beds room.

No foreign exchange at the lobby. Mini fridge is not cold. No iron board or iron. Breakfast caters to western travelers and cuisines didn’t emphasize local cuisines for food adventures. Vietnam 5 star hotels are more like 3 star hotels elsewhere in the world. Despite great service, culturally, there is still a distrust of guests and treating guests like potential thieves. Check out process in every resorts are the same, someone is sent to count towels and drinks to make sure nothing is missing. No matter how great the stay is, the checkout process always leaves me annoyed and unfortunately that is the last impression as I leave each hotel.

The stand outs from this property has to be the soft skills of the staff. They were attentive, always on hand when needed and super friendly. The included breakfast has great variety, the noodle and egg stations are highlights. We used the car services a couple times. It was great value for money and again the staff were knowledgable and drove safely. The location of the property is a little bit out of the way with no commercial beach bars between us and the beach, which worked to our favour. It was quiet and we always woke up to a beautiful sunrise on the balcony. A Grab is always easy to get from the property and the cost was very reasonable.

We didn't have any major issues. One thing stood out though, my husband did take a towel from the gym to the room and we were called about it and the towel was then retrieved from our room. It was the same as the hand towels as the ones in the room as well. It even got mentioned when we checked out which was quite odd but maybe the manager's KPI was attached to towles some how :P

Stunning views across the My Khe beach with spectacular Sunrises! We had booked a Queen Room + Extra Bed for a family of 3 pax and the room didn't feel cramped at all even with 3 people and 4 suitcases. Hotel feels luxurious, and the Breakfast was a 5 star-grade quality. We were spoilt for choice of American, Continental and Asian options to suit all. They have a skybar an infinity pool with awesome views of the My Khe beach and lady buddha statue. My partner did use the spa services and was very happy with his massage.

The kids' pool next to the infinity pool could have been a hot tub / jacuzzi. But that is all I could say to make the experience more awesome.

Location, overlooking the mountains and the beach. This probably is the best located hotel in Da Nang. Property is upmarket, premium and the rooms are pretty large

This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The service was top-level. One morning, the cappuccino machine at breakfast wasn’t working – but they quickly resolved it, and every day after that, I got my cappuccino from the bar, free of charge. That’s real care for guests! The breakfast selection was amazing – fresh and new options every single day. The desserts were absolutely delicious. We also tried the afternoon tea, and it was incredibly tasty – especially considering the very reasonable price. A special thank you to all the staff – they were so kind, polite, and attentive. I truly felt welcome and taken care of. I definitely want to come back again – just to experience that level of hospitality one more time.

The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the experience at the hotel’s restaurant. The shrimp were served with shells on, and when we asked for them to be cleaned, they were not properly peeled. On top of that, the sauce was missing when the dish was returned, even though it was originally part of the meal.

The hotel and staff is amazing. It was my first time in da nang as well as my family. Also it was my sister’s and father’s bday and had a surprise for them,. Le sands team didn’t let me down. They made the surprise successful. The le sands staff attitude was exceptional from the front desk, bell boy,house keeping till the restaurant staff they are all friendly and accomdating. Special thanks to chloe who prepared the room decoration for my sister’s and father’s bday surprise. And also to the lady in the restaurant who iniatiated the bday song and gave us small cake eventhough i didn’t ask. She went and ask me at the table while we are having our bfast if i want them to play the bday song since they saw that two of my family members is celebrating their bday on that day. This is a highly recommendable hotel. Also the room are clean. I would love to stay here again once i get a chance to visit da nang next year. Kudos team le sands. Keep it up 👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️

Nothing everything was perfect.

The beautiful hotel is facing the sea. The check in was fast and efficient. The suite unit with 2 rooms was exceptional. Each room has a bathroom and master bedroom has a bathtub. There is a washing machine, microwave, fridge and induction cooker. The breakfast section was good . Infinity pool on the top floor and sky bar have the best view at night. Friendly, helpful and polite staff. The seafood restaurant, Be Man 6mins walk have a wide selection of fresh seafood options. The 6 points pickleball court is around the corner @ 15mins walk.

The staff was extremely attentive and polite and always doing their best to satisfy my needs. Example: there was a type of fresh fruit they didnt have in the breakfast buffet one day, but when I asked they went to the kitchen to find that fruit and deliver it directly to my table. You feel they genuinely care about you here! They also managed to give 1 hour earlier check in time than what was normal. And you get a delicious fruit drink while waiting for checking in. The hotel is labeled a 4 star hotel, but I disagree, it should be 5 star :) when I compare it do other hotels that I have been to in Vietnam that has been labeled 5 star. The hotel is very modern. I think it was finished built in february 2020. Many hotels in Vietnam is somewhat worn down, but this one was definitely not that! I was living in 17 floor oceanfront view. The view was amazing! You basically only see the sea from the balcony. That's how close the hotel is to the beach. If you want to live close to the sea in a modern hotel with superb service I would highly recommend this hotel! I didnt try the swimming pool, gym or spa so I can't comment on that

If I had a few suggestions for improvements it would be this: - The wifi signal in my room was not perfect. Had to sometimes turn wifi on/off to make it work. - The quality of the meat in some of the dishes in the breakfast buffet could have had higher quality - location is a bit far off the center if you want a lot of options of restaurants - The TV did not have Netflix app installed. That would be great if they had. - Soundproofing from the hallway could have been better. - The music in the hallway was slightly too loud. Could hear it inside my room. Reducing it just a bit would not hurt. - The beam from the showerhead was somewhat weak, could have been better with more water pressure or a better shower head
