first of all the people! owner and receptionist Isabelle. these 2 people were the first pleasant contact which later became a fact.very helpful and warm and I proceed to more practical info. the location is really convenient as the bus stop is only a few meters away from the hotel so it's easy to move through the city.. (to the promenade etc.) the pedestrian city area is only about 10 min walk supermarket and Cafe very near from the hotel FREE PASS for buses!!!! there is a safe garage for those interested in with elevator to the reception the spaces of the hotel (lounge, working room, etc) are very well decorated and arranged so make our staying pleasant the garden! an amazing small garden well taken care off where if the weather is ok you can relax... the room was spacy with many windows , well equipped and many facilities. very clean and quiet! the bathroom with many mirrors , facilities etc

we didn't have breakfast so I cannot have an opinion about it

Cozy hotel, with friendly and helpful staff. Well located, in a quiet area, and well connected by public transportation. Receiving a public transportation card for navigating the Lausanne area proved to be very useful. Supermarkets (both Migros and Coop) were only a 6 minute walk away. Beautiful garden.

Nice room, super close to the bus station. Staff was very friendly and helpful. There is a separate room to iron clothes if you need. Room was clean. Will definitely stay here again.

The code on the key that one is supposed to use in order to enter late at night did not work. I had to call at midnight to be provided the correct code. However, they picked up immediately and helped me. Luckily it was just a slight inconvenience in this case, but could have been worse in case my phone were out of charge.

The location was nice, very close to a bus station and fairly close to the center as well as the train station. The room was clean and a decent size.

I am not convinced that it's good value for money however. We stayed in 3 different hotels during our trip. This was the most expensive and yet not the best. The shower cabin requires some improvement as well. The doors are falling apart.

The room and common areas were spotless and comfortable. The staff was fantastic - helpful, friendly, and efficient.

These are nitpicks, because I loved this place. But I'm 6'5" tall, and my feet stick out of the end. I expect that, but our bed had an end board so I couldn't just put my feet out. If you're normal sized, it's not an issue. Also, it's a little out of the way, but there's a bus that goes within a block, and it runs every 19 minutes, so no big deal.

Location. Staff at the reception ,restaurant and Hauskeeping were very polite and professional . Especially Mr. Selim at the reception who went out of his way to help us with our questions and requests. The Free transport tickets during your stay was also a also a huge plus .

Used this hotel as it was close to the Beaulieu conference centre and it was perfect as a base for the conference. The concierges were great and made me feel very welcome, which is important when you've landed very late in a foreign country. The beds were comfy and everything was clean. There was a little garden filled with tulips which was lovely. I had a garden room and it was very quiet.

The shower head is very low. I wish there was a kettle or coffee maker in the room. There was no complimentary shampoo in the bathroom.

The little garden, the staff, the breakfast, the location (for me as close to my son). Room adequate - bed excellent. Good size bathroom. My second visit. Will return next year.

Nothing to dislike.

Staff were amazing, very helpful, the room is great, beds and pillow were so comfy, slept really well there, shower is a bit small, location is perfect and well connected to many nice areas, it's too bad they didn't not have a terrace and breakfast looked a bit poor from far (this is why i chose to opt it out and not pay for it).

Breakfast option is poor in my opinion, would be good to at least include eggs, tomato, cucumber, yogurt, porridge, oatmeal, almond milk.

The staff in this hotel is incredibly friendly and helpful. Super convenient location: close to palais de Beaulieu and easy access to center thanks to bus 2 nearby. The Christmas decorations were amazing, my daughter loved exploring! Room is warm and cosy.

The manager should follow her staff lead ! While they are smiling and helpful, she is very disagreeable. Would be good to have a kettle in the room for teas/coffees
