I would have liked a deadbolt lock from inside. We felt a little exposed. Don't get me wrong all of the employees we interacted with were very professional but we would have liked that. ( a deadbolt)

Location was very convenient to tram stop. Loved the toiletries. Very nice room with balcony overlooking river!

Need more quiet ac units…very noisy and mattress was not real comfortable.

I was so amazed at the new renovations. We stayed there back in 2021 then went back in like 2022-23 and they were closed down for renovations so I was excited and was not disappointed. Except for the rain every day except our last day it was great!!

I didn't care too much for the menu choices with the restaurant and it was a little pricey but still good. We only ate there our 1st night. I wished there was a microwave for warming up food but there wasn't one in our room (The Majestic Glen w/hot tub) And the "hot tub" I thought was a jacuzzi but it was just a regular tub. Still nice though.

I liked it all. The check in situation was a little strange, but that's minor. What I liked more than anything is the honesty of your staff and how they went over and beyond to get a expensive watch that I had left behind back to me. They mailed it to me at my home. They could have easily said it wasn't found. There are still good people out there and I appreciate them very much!

The interior was new and fresh! Very modern. The staff greeted you in the parking lot as there is no lobby. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable and the balcony overlooking the river was spacious and private.

Parking is very limited and the spaces (1 per car) are very narrow. The coffee maker in the room was espresso only. And there were NO window coverings on the large French doors. There was no one across the way that could see in, but the hotel kitty corner to our room had very bright lights which shined in our eyes all night.

Loved the balcony over the water. Staff was very pleasant. Loved the convenience of the location. No children. Loved the heat fan in the bathroom.

Parking spot was so close to each car we could barely get in and out of our car. No table in the room to eat in our room. Couldn’t get our own ice. No dresser to put our clothes in. Literally had to live out of our luggage. Sink outside of the shower. Also no front office. We were checked in outside.

We really enjoyed how quiet it was considering location to everything. Clean and easy access to everything.

We will choose a different room for our next visit so we can enjoy the river more without people walking past us on the walkway which was right outside our window and balcony. Otherwise it was a perfect stay.

From the moment we arrived we were treated like VIPs! The property is gorgeous and the inn keepers are more than attentive. They take care of every detail. We enjoyed our stay so much that we extended our stay one more day! This place is definitely a step above the rest of Gatlinburg. If you’re looking for a romantic getaway, this is your place ♥️

At one point our shower was not draining, but it was fixed within 15mins of reporting it to the staff. I can’t say enough about how kind the staff was!

Miss K was incredible, made the check in process so easy for us and gave us all the information we needed. She was on top of it all and made the hotel experience refreshing. Nice rooms, loved the balcony, can’t wait to come back once the restaurant is open!

Balcony’s could be dusted off before guest arrive, tons of spider webs on the railings and light fixture (I know it’s on a river so tough to keep up)

Great location with a beautiful view of the river. Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and stylish. Location made for easy access to the national park and other things to do in town. Parking was right outside of our room. The Heirloom Room was actually our favorite restaurant of the places we went to eat in town.
