Hotel situated in a very good location with walkable distance into the city centre and a couple of minutes walking from a bus station with direct bus to the Schönbrunn Palace. Very good connections to and from the main train station also. Lots of restaurants (classical cuisine, pizza, kebap...) on the same street with nice bakeries if you don't have a breakfast. Groceries/supermarket also nearby. The hotel is nice, comfortable beds. Our room was turned away from the street and it was wonderfully quiet. Hotel staff is very nice, the reception is always happy to assist you and the houskeeping was on point. The bathroom could maybe get a little refreshing (a little bit of paint chipping) but it was probably the first hotel bathroom I saw this year where the shower did not leak water outside, so that is a big plus.

The wi-fi was really slow and unstable. There really no 'red flags' in this hotel.

A spacious room with large windows on the 4th floor, offering a lovely view of Vienna. Comfortable beds and soft, pleasant bedding made for a restful stay. A nice touch was the foldable luggage rack – something not always found in hotel rooms. Both the room and bathroom were clean and well-maintained. The staff was very friendly and spoke English. The area is quiet, with nearby tram and bus stops providing direct connections to the city center. Although it may look far from the center on the map, the excellent public transport makes the distance unnoticeable. There are also several restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries in the vicinity.

Air conditioning a little difficult to use because it mainly heated but did not cool.

The room view was amazing !!!We were at 6 floor in a loft room. It was so cozy and beautiful. It had plenty of space to leave our suitcases and big cupboards. The room was so clean ,and the bathroom of caurse. Everyday they came to clean us. From the hotel to reach the Vienna center, Stephenplatz needs 30 minutes, and the shortest way is to take the tram and then a bus. It is not so close from the center, but the way is lovable. Also, the tram station is only 3 minutes away from the hotel. I look forward to visiting Vienna again and book this room.

Rooms is clean, very comfortable bed. Unlimited hot water supply. Staff are very helpful and friendly. Had a nice city view.

Location is okay, during our stay we always tend to go to the central, and it would take us 40-45mins to go there. Trams were only 7 minutes walk tho, but it is still quite a long journey just to central Vienna. About the bed, i wish they could have arranged a double bed for couples instead of having 2 single bed in the room. Aircon heater is not working in our room.

The staff were nice. The towels and bedsheet were changed every day. Room was clean. Price was fair. Location was ok. 50 minutes away from city center on foot. 17 minutes away by tram.

I traveled with my husband and the bed consisted of 2 single beds which made it impossible to sleep together because beds were sliding. I wish the bed was one big bed.

Good location, with many tram lines in the neighborhood, easily reaching any location. Metro line 10 min walk. Triple room was big and very clean. Near the hotel you can find restaurants, supermarkets, cafés. The personnel was very friendly and polite. There is a room where you can leave your luggage if you arrive earlier.

There aren't really things that we did not like. Just to mention that at 5PM on the day of checking in, the room was still not ready, nevertheless, the personnel apologized and explained the situation. The rooms facing the street are noisy.

Hotel is very clean, comfortable and even though it seemingly has been renovated a decade ago, it looked modern. The staff was exceptionaly helpful and kind. Breakfast had okayish choice, but you could really make a fine combination even if you're staying longer. Air conditioning was working flawlessly, although could be slightly quieter during the night.

It is located quite far from center. It takes approximately 25-30 minutes to get to central part of Vienna by tram or tram/subway combo. Tram stop leading to center is located about 10 minutes walk away from hotel. Not much choice in catering department in the surrounding area. There are few bakeries around, a Turkish restaurant and BILLA shop approx 200 meters from hotel. The beds could be more stiff to my taste.

The hotel has a 24 hour reception. Easy to reach the tram station. The wine and bar shop open till midnight at the 43 trams end station. I really enjoyed the room on the 6th floor with ceiling windows against the night sky. Would love to book again.

My short stay is the only problem. My flight takes off at 06:55. I start to go to the tram 43 about 03:10. Change to night bus N8, change to train and arrived at the Airport at 04:55. Want to know why it is 30 minutes later than the Obb app suggest? I got off one station earlier than the airport and had to change to S7 and waited for 10 minutes at the platform.

The hotel was good, the personnel was very helpful. The breakfast was good and full, we got everything we needed. The family room had enough space for us and our child. The room was very clean, all ammenities were in good state. The hotel looked pretty new and modern.

They wanted to charge for child's crib 30 EUR or something like that. When we said we don't need it, they said - ok, let it stay in your room, we put it there already ))) but it's a bit strange practice to make extra charge for the crib.

The room was spacious and clean, I really appreciated that. The towels and the linens were changed everyday by the house keeping. Even though it might seem a little far from the city center, the hotel is very close to the tram stations, so you can easily reach all the important tourist attractions. The staff was very nice and helpful.

The most unpleasent thing at our staying was the slow wi-fi. You could connect to the network but it only worked in some corners of the room, and I had to use the mobile data a lot. Maybe for other floors and rooms which are closer to the router is different. Some items in the room are a little old (chairs for examples). It does not affect our staying, but it would be a nice touch to have them replaced.
