The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful. There was a problem with adjusting the air conditioning (It was very hot in Vienna when we were there) and staff did everything they could to find a solution. The room was small but comfortable and nicely decorated. Good shower. Fantastic location, a few minutes walk to the Opera, Albertina and other museums and surrounded by cafes, bars and restaurants.

There is an a la carte breakfast menu with a varied selection broken down into small units, for example one boiled egg, bread basket, 1 croissant, etc. When we looked at the itemized bill we discovered that we had been charged €1.50 for each tiny tub of butter and €2 for two tiny bowls of jam. A basket of 3 pieces of bread and a few small rolls was €9. The quality was good and the service excellent but we thought this was a cheeky way to add to the cost of the breakfasts.

Fantastic location- all major museums, cafes, restaurants and of course opera house reachable by foot, lovely small hotel, delicious a la carte breakfast, comfy beds and pillows, very clean, spacious and nicely decorated fresh looking rooms. It was perfect for our city break! Not cheap, but compared to other hotels of that level in the neighborhood it was a fair deal.

As I mentioned, it was perfect for us, but as a small boutique hotel it might not suit for the ones who require 24/7 service (I think it was only 7-23 there), fancy lobby bar, in-house dinner restaurant, huge breakfast 'factory', gym or any other large hotel benefits. Services were limited, but quality very good.

Small boutique hotel on a quiet street, but close to all major sites in central Wienna. Walking distande to Hofburg, Belvedere etc. The hotel is recently renovated, in perfect condition with a personal touch. The rooms on 6 floors have no numbers, but bear names of famous composers (we had Monteverdi). Confortable bed, big bathroom with no faults (good lightning, well equipped). Breakfast from a la carte menu- with specialities such as caprese bread and avocado scones. To top it all, very friendly personell - could not have been better.

Wow this hotel is absolutely perfect. The room we stayed in was the beige suite and it was immaculately clean, had a luxury vibe. The hotel actually made note that it was our anniversary and left a sweet treat which was a nice personal touch. But more importantly, the staff were absolutely exceptional - in particular a lady called Elisabeth who was extremely helpful and polite. She actually took time to explain key elements of the city and made our stay perfect. She is a credit to the hotel.. She also made sure every request was actioned quickly. She was just friendly and welcoming. I think this is important as it makes your stay comfortable and it’s nice to have a quick chat as we wait for taxis or pass by in and out of the hotel. Finally the location of this hotel is perfect. We walked everywhere. I think the price payable is extremely reasonable for the quality of service and room you get.

Firstly the staff - Mario, Linda and their team provided exceptional service during our stay. We had just gotten married a few days earlier and they kept surprising us with beautiful treats in our room. The staff provided “turn down” service each evening with a charming little bedtime story. They remembered how we took our coffee at breakfast, what we had told them our plans for the day were, and were just outstanding. The room itself was perfect - beautiful, spotless and provided every thing we could have thought of. The bed was comfortable. The location was perfect. This was not our first time in Vienna, but we will never stay anywhere else!

We usually go by the rating, but this hotel is brand new, so at the time of booking, there were only 10 comments, all rating it very high. We decided to take a chance. It was really beyond our expectations in almost every aspect: the place is a brand-new, small boutique hotel with fewer than 20 rooms across 6 floors. It is very well-designed, both inside the rooms and in the hotel's public spaces, which are limited due to the hotel's size. All the latest technologies are implemented, the breakfast is far beyond 'continental', and the location couldn't be better—within a short walking distance to all the main attractions, yet completely quiet. There are some highly-rated restaurants on the same street. But one thing stands out: the friendliness and responsiveness of the staff is truly exceptional. Any question or request is met with a pleasant smile and executed immediately. It seems the hotel management has done an excellent job of team building with the staff, but considering the other aspects of this place, it's not a surprise. The only minor issue we had was with the air-conditioning system. It does a really good job (we experienced a couple of days with temperatures beyond 30°C in Vienna), but we were unable to set it ourselves, so we needed someone from the staff to set it for us.

This hotel is truly a luxurious gem! The entire place is impeccably decorated with grate taste and attention to details. The rooms are absolutely stunning - beautifully furnished with lavish fabrics, and elegant artistic touches. Yet, they also feel comfortable thanks to super cozy beds with ultra soft linens that made it so hard to get up in the morning! What really stands out though is the incredible service from the warm, attentive staff. Everyone we encountered was extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. Their hospitality elevated the whole experience. The location is another major plus - situated right in the heart of a vibrant area full of excellent restaurants, shops, and attractions right outside the door. But the rooms themselves were still peaceful and quiet. We had such a marvelous, luxurious yet homey stay from start to finish. This hotel combines stunning decor, amazing service, sumptuous comforts, and an unbeatable location into one exceptional experience. Highly recommended for those seeking an indulgent yet inviting place to stay."

Lovely hotel, perfectly located in the historic heart of Vienna, but on a quieter street. Great walking distance to restaurants and shops, as well as museums. Excellent staff, particularly the concierge Katharina, who helped with itineraries, restaurant suggestions and reservations, and train tickets. Our Mozart suite was absolutely beautiful and so comfortable. Lovely amenities, and very clean. Highest recommendation!

Truly cannot think of anything we didn’t like or enjoy about the hotel.

Exceptional staff-thank you Elisabeth and Mario! What a warm welcome and we thank you for all of the recommendations. The hotel has been beautifully redone with close proximity to the main pedestrian street and tram. There is a dry cleaner next door should you need laundry done.

There were some minor issues that we didn’t address as we were very busy. We had some issues with the e key to gain access to the room. The wifi was spotty being on the 6th floor. We never did figure out the light switches however it did keep us laughing. All in all it was a great hotel with perfect hostess and host.
