We had a lovely spacious apartment, clean, quiet and comfortable. It is in a family area so the little park at Kardinal Nagl Platz (where the U-bahn station is) was full of kids playing and their parents chatting in the warm summer evenings. The apartment (Top9) was on the first floor up a couple of flights of stairs; there is a lift when needed. It's only 15 min from the centre (eg Stephansplatz) and we used mostly the U bahn to get around. We had a ViennaCityCard which gave us unlimited travel and we made good use of it. There is a Billa supermarket across the road and we cooked on several nights and got washing done. Extra bonus was the espresso coffee machine with coffee beans provided, much appreciated and it makes it feel like home

No AC but a fan is provided.

It was a very nice and comfortable stay. It is so nice to have the kitchen amenities. It is also very good value for the amount you pay. I would recommend this and would stay here again if I ever visit Vienna again.

I stayed here for 3 nights and the rooms were not cleaned even once. It would have been nice to have it cleaned at least once during my stay. Also the shower space is very open. There is minimal privacy between the shower room and the bedroom. Therefore the booking is suitable for a single person or a couple that do not need much privacy between each other.

The staff was very kind and gave very clear instructions at self check in. The appartment was very spacious, very good location with cheap public garage next to the building.

While some stuff was very clean, wome requires more thorough cleaning. Floors were rather dirty, covers for chairs should be replaced. The app is also very dark.

This was my second stay at My Home in Vienna. The previous time I had a more spacious apartment, whereas this time it was a smaller studio (I asked for the previous apartment but it was not available). The location is excellent for visitors to the Sankt Marx campus of the University, Biozentrum etc. and is is also very convenient for getting to the center of town (2-3 stops on the metro). The neighborhood is OK. Nothing exciting, and not many quality options for food or shopping, but many fast-food type places. The area never felt unsafe, and there is a supermarket right across the street for stocking up. The apartment itself is small but comfortable. Good bathroom and shower, washing machine + dryer, kitchenette, dishwasher. Fine for a stay of a couple of weeks.

Some minor technical things in the setup and arrangement of the apartment could have been better. The kitchenette is a bit awkward, with the sink in a corner, and the stovetop a bit small with not enough working space. Don't plan to prepare elaborate meals. The combination washer + dryer never really dried the clothes well enough.

Close to orange U line making access to the whole of Vienna fairly easy and quick. We also made use of the underground garage situated next door Euro 18 for 2 days -(move the car every 2 days). Street parking free on Sunday.

Nothing to dislike but the area is being upgraded with Govt grants which is not popular with locals as rents are increasing and owners converting to holiday rental - not a popular move.

Absolutely everything was perfect! We had a small problem with our apartment when we checked in and the staff was able to fix it super quickly. The apartment was big, sparkling clean and with all the amenities you need. Super conveniently located close the metro station in a quiet neighbourhood. One of the best stays I’ve been in Europe. Absolutely recommendable. And the staff was very responsive, friendly and helpful

Nothing, everything was perfect

Large and clean apartment, located about 5 minute walk from Kardinal-Nagl Platz U-Bahn station (which takes you to the center of Vienna in a couple of minutes). Although located on a rather busy street with many kebab places, sound insulation was very good, so quiet at night. Some bakeries nearby, where you can get breakfast. The instructions for collecting the keys were very clear.

Spotlessly clean apartment, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the beds are comfy - even the sofa bed was very comfortable! The building has an elevator, so bringing up heavy suitcases is not a problem.

Old parquets squeal loudly and wake up my family at night. The main door has glass window inserts, and every time the light goes on in the stairwell at night, half of the apartment is illuminated.

Iz was amazing, modern and new. Big room with a huge shower. It was like at home. It was only 350m to walk to the metro and supermarkets and small restaurants are in front of the door. And the parking spot is around the corner for 4 days/ 40€.

It was a little bit cold in the room and a small issue is the glas in the front, is someone using the common living area in the night, the light is shining also in ur sleeping room.

The accomodation was very good, even if we rented only one room of the apartment. We never meet with the others tourists. We had our private bathroom and a very large room. The interior doors of the apartment are like front house doors, so no worries for you goods inside the room. A cheap parking is in the building next to the accomodation with 6 € / day for the first day and after that it costs 8€/day until a full week is achived.
